Screen names

The name I hastily chose when I signed up is also pretty obvious but I have regretted not being more creative, maybe something like Duke-82UNC-50
or DukeKillsUNC82-50. Another name I like now is netcutters90-91-01-10-15.

Growing up my dog's name was Jake and he sat by my side for many Duke games. 1985 was HS grad year
The wife and I (college sweethearts) are hs c/o '90 and she just had a birthday, so my math game is on point this week... big, round b-day year for you, huh?

Shane is my all-time favorite player and I became a Dad for the first time during our '01 FF game vs Maryland. Dad + Battier = Dattier ["daddy-a"].

I watched the title game holding my 2-day old oldest child while my wife rested. I held her in one arm and kept my body as still as possible while waving my other arm wildly in response to the game.

SOOO MUCH THIS!!!

Is your last name British or Italian in origin, or neither?

Italian on my father's side. I believe my grandmother was the second generation born in the US. However, my mother's side is Scots-Irish and Scandinavian, so there is some British as well.

Vol = Tennessee Vols (UnderGrad)
Dukie = Duke Blue Devils (2nd Masters Deg.)

Plus it sounded better than VolunteerPirateDukie'eer (ECU First Masters and WVU Law)

My alma mater is Michigan State (MSU) but I've been a Duke hoops fan since I was a kid. My buddies in college gave me hell for it!

Mine is pretty simple. Kellen Patrick is my son's first and middle names...not my name at all. Ha. Started this account a few months before he was born. He will be 11 on Sept. 24th.
