How are those run outs there? K put un needed pressure on the team with the blow up over Oaks missed dunk. Should be fine, but goes to show exactly how quick things can flip!!
Duke relaxed just a little bit and RM showed what the tourney is about. Glad Duke rebounded back and took control but some of these teams you cannot relax on or they will send you home.
We shot well. Hope we don't fall in love with the deep ball when they are closing out better. Grayson and Winslow, maybe even Amile, need to force teams to guard the drive more.
Marshall looks good, but most importantly, he looks calm under pressure out there!
And Justise - didn't realize he was doing so many little things tonight until I looked at the stat line. Snap.

Fantastic win for the boys. Didn't like that lull they had, but all in all a very solid win. Defense could have been a little better but at this point in the season this is exactly what it's going to be.
And this was FAR easier to stomach than that tragedy from last Friday.
3 away from the final four. I hope we get St. Johns, because SDSU will be a very tough out. I suspect we get the Aztecs.

Were there people here saying that they were going to lose this game? Just curious as I haven't seen it.
Yeah, still not seeing it. Only thing I see is my post where I said Duke may blow it, and they nearly did. I certainly didn't say they weren't going to win (see my original prediction for reference) but Duke damn near blew the nice, comfortable lead that they had.
Meh. They did not almost blow it. The lead was down to 10 (double digits still mind you) and the team was playing a few sets that they rarely run. That happens a lot more often than some like to admit. It wasn't a lack of attention or desire or effort. It was let's try some stuff and oh, if they come back, we'll go back to what we know. Happens all of the time. Final score 85-56, far from almost blowing it. That final is more indicative than anything that happened in those 4 minutes.
Wanna see almost blew it, check the UNC/Harvard game.
Not trying to be combative, just discussing.

There definitely was a lack of attention (see Jah's dunk miss and a few careless passes). Maybe you have a different definition of "nice, comfortable lead", but when I see 3 Freshman on the floor (and a young team overall) that is all-of-a-sudden lacking a certain edge and/or fire, it can be concerning, and to me, they were blowing their lead.
Sorry you disagree (and I guess somebody said I'm losing my "man card" WTF that means lol). And DH, I appreciate your opinion and I am not trying to be combative either, it just gets old when some people here act as if we ALL should think Duke is invincible. They are not (as is any team in NCAA D1 ball).
