The special teams coordinator also works with the defensive line so we need to keep him. He has an impressive resume as a coach. For first year together at Duke Manny and his staff have done good job. They made the dual threat QB for SMU look pretty average. He was turning it over every chance he got.
Let him coach the line then, find actual special teams coordinator. It wasn’t just last night, they’ve been bad all year
I would add another coach. That's the worst I've seen our kicker as he is usually reliable on extra points
King, our lineman looked like a statue. Pelino couldn't have had a better angle (straight on). However I really don't think Todd makes it anyway. He looked totally lost, timid and a picture of doubt on the bench.
Can Duke play @ Miami next week not still replaying SMU in their minds?? It's THE ONLY WAY they even have any hope of winning...The Duke DEFENSE doesn't deserve this. Bravo to that unit!!!

That's about how our crowd was yesterday. Lots of empty seats. I never seen our kicker kicking into a net on the sideline.
I was really hoping the crowd would of been better.
That's the way the D feels when they look around for the offense.
Yes, the crowd size was surprising. Nice weather, nationally ranked opponent for a conference game that had big implications for the ACC Championship and bowl game destiny, yet still not close to a packed house.
I think Duke will rebound and play well being it's Miami. Diaz wants this one bad I'm sure
Miami has a pretty porous defense so maybe Duke can get some things going on that side of the ball.
JCD it got even better from there of course, downright promising. It's like the true Miami superior talent and depth took over after we went up 28-17. The 'Canes appeared to flip a switch.
Here's hoping we are in a good position heading into the last quarter of regular season. Why? Because IMO, we've played the hardest two teams on our schedule the last two weeks (should have definitely beat SMU). I want 8-4 minimum headed to a bowl!! #LetsGoDuke

The way SMU beat Pitt it sure would have been nice to have finished that game.

First time beating unc and state same season since 2013. I hope it does help and Diaz playing #14 Brown little more Kernersville NC doesn't hurt. Outside of the busted coverage on the TD defense was impressive.
