It’s clear that Diaz likes Murphy, but Murphy’s lack of mobility continues to hurt our O. I still think Henry should be used at least occasionally, especially in the short yardage situations and the red zone when he can roll out and present a credible run threat to make an RPO viable. We need to keep the other team’s D honest.

Don’t know how to feel about the game this Saturday. I worry duke could hit a few continuous 3 and outs while struggling to stop unc’s run game. I know they gave up 70 last week but they still had over 600 yards of offense. The last few games vs them has given me ptsd.

I am really worried about this game. The Cheats are by far the best team we will have played. Against second rate opposition, we have shown an inability to run the ball and an inconsistent passing game. Not to mention the interceptions. Lesser teams have been able to run against us, and we were very lucky to beat Uconn. Were it not for MTSU's mistakes, that game could have been a lot closer. The fact is that we should have dominated those teams on both sides of the line (except perhaps NU), but did not. So, I am not a believer yet, but hope that the players returning from injury help us play to our potential. OFC

Boy it seems even the guy from Chapel Hill has not idea what to expect from his team this Saturday.

We have to get on them early. And hit their RB in the backfield which is apparently what JMU did. That plays to the strength of Manny's defense. Hope we can do that without giving up a lot of big plays.
