There’s almost 0 risk of a player getting Covid and dying from it. And about the same risk of catching it playing as in normal day to day life. Regardless! Actually lower given everybody’s getting tested on the norm and is vaccinated right? All the fans are getting their temperature checked and arnt close enough to the players to contract it! Covid affects Duke basketball because it is political. I see your point, but it's not like the conversations have gone full partisan politics. Mostly the asinine covid guidelines that are very much politically charged. Now if the conversations veered off into gun control and abortion, you would be completely right. All I really see are some strong opinions on both sides regarding the topic of covid and how the guidelines are affecting the sports that we watch. IMO, you can share your opinions or don't. If anyone leaves the board because of something they could easily ignore, that's on them.

Haha no its not better. They have high school kids in LA "wear" masks during games. All they do is just tuck them under their chins. Cloth masks dont do anything to prevent Covid. Hell when you buy cloth masks from Target, on the package they clearly state they arent medical grade and dont prevent spread of COVID. This isnt even a "right wing" talking point anymore either.
