Odds to win national title on FanDuel

Not sure if I like that or not.... The favorite doesn't win it very often. Kinda weird we would be the favorite to win, but 4th in the AP

I saw this too. What it tells me is Vegas thinks Duke may not be the best team early, makes sense due to our youth, but has the highest ceiling.

Bovada Sportsbook is a bit different.
Duke +450
UK + 500
Nevada + 800...lol
Kansas +850
Gonzaga +900
Villanova +1200
UNCheat +1400

I like our chances, but win or lose this is going to be an exciting year for Duke basketball, cant wait to get started (But first the Red Sox gotta win the world series. right Ipsy!)

Seriously? Nevada has the third best odds???

Man, this is gonna be one raunchy board for several weeks after we lose to UK. They know how to play together, we don't yet. But it's comin'.

I’m sure many of you already know this, but the odds are not only indicative of who Vegas thinks will win it all.

Bettors drive the odds. So looking a little deeper, it means as much that bettors are picking Duke (not even a little uncommon) at a high rate, which pushes the money line.

Nevada is a legitimate national title contender, IMO. In my preseason top 50, I ranked Nevada 3rd. They bring back 3 All-American candidates in Jordan Caroline and Caleb/Cody Martin. Additionally, they're bringing in a McDonald's All-American in Jordan Brown - and 5 eligible transfers that all averaged at least 13 point per game. This team is stacked.

Stacked with college players + 1 NBA player. I’d rather have 5 starting NBA players in a 1-game scenario.
