Really great episode, probably the best so far. We share a lot of similar opinions and so it’s always nice to hear, confirmation of sorts. Nothing bothered me more than the end of the year, jumping into gameday threads and seeing some of the comments from some of our own. And then the threads that popped up in the days after calling for radical changes and ripping down what has been built up over 40 years.
I get that it’s disappointing, I get we all handle emotions differently. I myself wanted it for this group so damn bad. I wanted it for myself as I invest a lot of time into this team as I do all the teams I root for. It wasn’t meant to be.
I really enjoy this podcast and this board as a whole. I simply wish we could do away with the crap mentioned above and spark insightful meaningful discussion about how we will get number 6. Great episode again.

Thanks, chov. Couldn’t have said it any better. Sports are supposed to be a distraction not an extension and I forget that sometimes. Hopefully this episode was cathartic for those who may agree with us and those who may not.
Appreciate the kind words and for tuning in. Folks might not always agree with our respective takes. But we all should have the same goals in common- supporting our guys through thick and thin and hoping they come together to deliver on the grandest stage.
It made me feel better to get a lot off my chest while recording it, hopefully it can help you to listen, that’s the goal anyway!
Great first season fellas. That music and speech at the end hit me in the feels. Haha completely agreed though. If you solely watch this team for the enjoyment of a championship, you’re going to be left disappointed a lot of years in your life. Enjoy the process because we’re luckier than any other college basketball fan base in the country. No we didn’t get the end result we wanted with this team, but this season has given me some of the best enjoyment I’ve ever had as a Duke fan.

I gotta say I never listened to podcasts much. I had been listen to the Duke Devils Den podcast on occasion, but I listened to your all’s podcast today( the episode after the elite eight loss). I will say I will be listening from now on. U guys are really good and know what u all are talking about.

Great episode, fellas! Love the stories from the original KD. Gonna look up that reverse dunk and checkout the GTHCGTH website. You all have me persuaded about Zion’s number being retired once he gets his degree.
