Sky85, here are the instructions that Rosh posted a long time ago. Just follow one or the other. OFC.

Okay -
7 go to rivals "user options" (a bit below the top of the screen to the left of "register").
8 type in your password
9 click "Message Board Options"
10 under "avatar" (on the right side of the screen) paste the link provided
11 scroll down and clock "submit"
dlicious' instructions for future reference -
1. Get Photobucket Account
2. Upload Pic to Photobucket album
3. Click Edit photo
4. Click Resize
5. Uncheck proportions
6. Change proportions to 100x100
7. Save as a copy
8. copy the address in the direct link
9. On the Rivals page, click on your user name
10. Click on Member Info
11. Log in with your username and password
12. Select Messageboard Options
13. In the Avatar section, paste the "direct link" from photobucket into it
14. Click Submit.
