Glad to come out with a W. The bench and McCain played really well. Mitchell played well also with the exception of the missed free throws. Moving onto BC Saturday. Let's hope Flip starts to figure himself out really soon. He can't get himself into foul trouble so early every game

Just finished game.. we just aren’t very good.

Good solid win. Watched the game in Florida with my dad. He liked Mitchell and McCain but Flip drove him crazy ha. Bench guys got some run which is good. Our offense seems to lack flow. Jim B said at the game's end that Duke will get a good seed but needs to get better. Pretty much sums it up.

We played a slower tempo last night and I still don’t understand why. We are loaded at guard with depth, why not get up and down more?

Notre Dame is a very bad team, they would be a .500 Atlantic 10 team per Ken Pom. And in the second half they had a couple of wide open threes to get the game within 6.

Roach still looks hobbled, and Flip looks miserable. One positive is Mitchell looked a lot better than against UNC, and Foster played well. We MUST win these next 2 home games before a brutal 3 game road swing. A 2 or 3 seed is still within reach, but we can’t lose another home game and need to steal a few on the road.

Roach is banged up and probably won't be 100% at any point this year. He's going to have to gut it out because he's needed...big time.
