Do all programs have easy classes/majors? Yes
Do all programs create a system of non existent classes, tests/papers graded by an admin who asks what grade they need, tutors that take the tests, etc and this was only the education aspects the ncaa decided they finally had to get involved?
Probably not and only one has been caught. And other schools like FSU got crushed when 5-10 students got caught with the answers to a test
It is certainly an ncaa problem and they chose to ignore their biggest offender

It wasn’t just fake classes. It was an entire major. That’s what makes it so special.
I give up. Cant do it anymore. Cant have rationale conversations over there. Everyone except Roy is paying players, anytime we lose out on a recruit its because he has too many handlers, and Andrew Platek is better than Chris Mullin but he doesnt get enough playing time. Oh well, at least the Panthers board is fun

The crazy thing is the ncaa seemed to focus on the education side for some reason. But let’s not forget a lot of what started this was Austin getting money from agents connected to unc, Fats and Pj, fats connection to the unc dental foundation, that entertainment group that threw parties for unc players and their connection to fats, an agent employed as a professor, tami hansbroughs misuse of funds, etc.
There was probably way more corruption in these places but the ncaa chose the education issue only for some reason (although I think there was a small investigation into Austin). Provably because more people were willing to talk or maybe they didn’t want to know about the other stuff.
To be fair, the football team got hit pretty hard. When youre getting postseason bans, vacating wins and firing a coach its pretty bad. No sympathy from me though, they knew before hiring Butch that there was a chance of stuff like that happening
What documented facts? You listing things does not mean that they are factually. I didn't see any proof unless I missed something.

But if all the ducks benefited from the systemic cheating then it doesn’t count. The larger the scale of institutional misconduct, the more it’s ok to have participated in it. It’s a ducked up situation.
