I hope not, man. Honestly, I am handling losses so much better this year. I'm still happy about Saturday, and I really expected to see a letdown tonight. Life goes on. It will be okay.

Why does seeding matter at this point ? I think it’s clear Duke can not win on the road . We could be a one and go out first round !
Side note . Miami is pouring it on and Laranaga has yet to pull starters .
If I were Jon, I would have this game on repeat the entire flight home.
Also, he has to be more frustrated than we are as fans with the effort he's seen tonight. K used to sit back and just let his teams take one on the chin like this to prove a point. Sometimes you can see it coming, and there's nothing you can do as a coach but let them learn the hard way. The season isn't over. We've shown we can hang with good teams and play way better than we've shown tonight. Saturday's a new day.

Don’t matter . Scheyer needs to take off the gloves and throw a chair . There are a lot of things that still have not been fixed from November until now starting with the softness of this team and if Flip dribbles down the court again I’m slapping Scheyer and telling him enough is enough .

Not shocking to see. If we play on Wednesday, it's probably a different game. Not an excuse; I just am not surprised that we laid an egg in a place we've historically played poorly at after an emotional win over our biggest rival. It is what it is on to the next.
Let’s be honest people college basketball is changing back to the way it use to be you can’t win championships with a bunch of your main players being true freshmen! Face the facts Duke better start recruiting those freshmen to come back to school and get transfers that are difference makers and get some elite guards can’t win without them! Every Duke Championship look at their roster and they had elite guards not no Blake’s or a Roach! I’m just saying!

I agree . Also Whitehead coming back IMO doesn’t help . He will be limited and I honestly don’t see him trying to get injured a third time . If I’m Scheyer my biggest recruits for next year are Roach, Young, Blakes, Schutt and Reeves .
Roach and Proctor were awful. They were a combined 4-13, 5 assists, and 10 turnovers.

Its been missing since the Jones brothers. You really need 2 elite guards, who can defend, drive and score and be the leader. They dont have to be 5 star recruits either...look at the teams in the Top 10...lots of players we didnt recruit and were not 5 stars...
This board is comical at times. Go back and read the UNC game thread. Everybody was pumped up and talking about this team’s ceiling and what may be ahead. Now they suck and might not make the tournament. Imagine what the players heard after the redemption win against the Holes. They fell for it too. Saturday’s game will tell me a helluva lot more than tonight’s game. We don’t have to win it, but it needs to be one where we compete and are sharp. I still think Flip was still feeling the fall from Saturday’s game. He just wasn’t moving too good.
This, and unfortunately roach isn’t the guy. He’s too inconsistent
Some of the strangest turnovers I've seen at college level especially Blake's. The mask is effecting him it was like middle school give aways.
We need Cam more than any recruit and played like that smdh
