Gary is far from stupid but he has built such a following over there in la la land making statements that only stupid followers can appreciate and expect. I especially love it when his followers say how they like and thank him for his comments about Cheaters basketball. They actually think he is a former basketball coaches elite guru who keeps fulfilling them with much needed descriptions, analysis and break downs of all things that matter in unc basketball. The truth is what he says is quiet simple if you have the proper audience to preach to.
I decided to venture over to THR because I hadn’t been over there in awhile because I haven’t felt like logging out to go over there until now and while over there I noticed that they already have a thread talking about the fist Duke/UNC game and what it’ll take for them to beat us even though we each still have 5 games to play before we play each other.

Ummm, do they even bother watching games? Duke is 21-2 and ranked 202nd in 3’s made per game. They are shooting 30% from 3, which is 316th. Meanwhile UNC is ranked 92nd in 3’s made. They are shooting 37%, which is 48th overall.
Both teams have been successful so far this year. But 1 is far more reliant on the 3 ball than the other.
