Duke has such a long history and great players we have a ton of numbers retired, so we see a lot of numbers reused.. I think they should make it where after 25 years, a retired number can be used again.. or NCAA needs to open up the 6-9 digits to be used.

Yeah the 6-9 digit rule is really dumb. They need to open that up
