Others have called you out on this, but do you even realize how dumb this comment is? You really don't have a clue, or you're doing a jam up job trolling.

Why do you feel the need to associate rich and evil together? Are all rich people evil, but all poor people good?

I don't know of any job created by a poor person. But both need the other.
This dude’s a bore. Talk about leading with the chin. Not you Mac, what’s his name

@ eldritch - High net worth individuals give 10X more to charity than the average family. If you want to tax them more, then this number will be drastically reduced, therefore hurting the very people you wish to help...beware of unintended consequences. Corporations give 20% of total charitable contributions in the US...thats around $80B a year....raising corporate taxes would also impact their philanthropy....again, tread carefully.

Your facts are irrelevant to the Left. Demonization of the rich is a necessary component for their confiscatory tax policies to become a reality. If the other 98 % sees the rich as simply more successful versions of themselves no one would support this evil. Estate taxes exhibit A

The Left demonizes church folk as well. This is the first place the poor turn to for food and to keep the lights on when times are hard

These are some evil, cunning individuals. We know who some of them are, like Soros, Gates, and many politicians, but there's probably some that we wouldn't have guessed. They are also masters at gaslighting by controlling the media and our educational system. I think it's MSNBC that receives a large donation from Pfizer. Does anyone then think they will say anything negative about them on air? All of them are being well compensated. Even Fox. You have to go to what appears to be off handed sources to possibly get any news worthwhile. But, they've been deemed as only being watched by tin foil hat wearing, gun toting, cousin kissing, deranged individuals.

I just don't think DeSantis can avoid getting controlled. It takes someone as narcissistic as they are. We all know who that someone is.

My 13-year-old and I helped marshal an art parade in Durham two Saturdays ago. It was specifically for promoting marginalized artists in the LGBTQ+ and BIPOC communities, sponsored by a group called Art Ain’t Innocent. There were lots of trans and non-binary people wearing skimpy, flamboyant costumes doing provocative dancing, etc.

It looked exactly like you imagine.
Your poor kid. Wow.

Yes, the rich are more successful than the 99% because they were born into wealth. Win the birth lottery and now you’re a genius who’s earned every single red cent and have a cult of personality. Must be nice

We’re evil and cunning yet stupid as hell. Pick a lane buddy.

Recent studies have shown that the notion that most millionaires are born into wealth is a myth. In fact, over two-thirds of millionaires are self-made, according to a 2019 study by Wealth-X and a study by Fidelity Investments.May 8, 2023

Again, you understand that the guy you want in office is a rapist, correct? As in it was decided by a jury that he did in fact sexually abuse someone.
As if the post you quoted was in any way relevant to your untrue assessment of Trump's recent civil case.

Jealousy and envy can be the biggest thing holding back personal success. Those who worry more about other people are typically the ones who have a lot of failures in their own lives. Again, regurgitating talking points from hypocrites who are millionaires themselves will not solve poverty.

Okay, that is pretty wildly incorrect or they have a very loose definition of “self-made”. But either way millionaires aren’t really the big issue. The big issue are the ultra rich who again, provide basically no value, rape the planet and hoard the wealth. That is what “the left” is talking about when we say “tax the rich”.

Think people like Bezos, Musk, Arnault, Ballmer, the Waltons, etc…

As of 2021, a majority of the world's billionaires had earned their wealth themselves. Over 2,000 of the total 3,311 billionaires worldwide that year had earned their fortune this way. Meanwhile, 338 billionaires had inherited their wealth.Sep 21, 2022

You literally name 5 people who are self made .....

None of them are lol. Bezos’s rich parents and their connections got Amazon kickstarted. The Walton’s inherited from their dad, Musk from his, Arnault’s father owned a real estate company, and Ballmer was lucky enough to get hired on by Gates early on at Microsoft and owned like 10% of the company and was able to sell his shares for almost a billion.

All of the richest people in the world come from rich families. But truthfully no one is self made. Everyone needs help to climb further up the ladder and there’s nothing wrong with that.

I’ve worked full time since the month I left home and still don’t have much to show for it. Hopefully I can start to change that when I go back to get my degree soon but y’all need to understand that it’s ****ing hard out here and that hard work in no way guarantees success.

Hence why we need to make the ultra wealthy pay their share and give it to every one else so their lives can be improved.

So only the ultra lib sector understands that it is "hard out here"? And I will bet anything that if you work hard and live modestly, you do or will have something to show for it. It's not the ultra wealthy's job to make sure you have MORE to show for your hard work. Again, that goes back to jealousy.

People like you believe the American dream is everyone has the same luxuries with universal incomes and has everything handed to them through a socialistic economy. In reality, the American dream is to have the opportunity to be free and EARN a decent living by the means available. Some people need $100,000 vehicles and 5 bedroom houses to feel like they have something to show for their hard work. Others live within their means and appreciate the fruits of their labor.

You’ve gotten wildly off point. I referenced the top 2 % which includes your average doctor, successful entrepreneurs, etc. Sell it somewhere else. Anyone making over 200. k already pays way too much taxes so we can subsidize Democratic voters who don’t want to work: welfare moms, those who are on disability because they are Hiiv + but asymptomatic or have ADHD. The list of waste is endless

So what about people like me? Born and raised in a junkyard, neither parent had a college education (one didn’t finish high school), had to earn a scholarship for college, didn’t inherit a dime of wealth…..now an executive who does very well. What privilege is that? White privilege?

It literally is.

False. Trump was found, by a jury, liable for battery, a civil tort, based on the preponderance of evidence provided by E. Jean Carroll that he sexually abused her but not that he raped her. He was not found "guilty" as the suit was a civil trial, which entails no criminal conviction

It was such a traumatic experience for her she repressed it for 25 years; a therapist probably helped her “remember”

Incredible...."The Amazon founder was born in Albuquerque, New Mexico, in 1964. His biological parents, Jacklyn Gise and Ted Jorgensen, were only 17 and 18 years old respectively, according to Business Insider. At the time of his birth, Bezos’ mum was still a high school student and his dad performed in a circus" ...definitely a silver spoon. Ballmer worked WITH Gates so nothing inherited there either...Sam Walton built Walmart from nothing in AR to what it is today....you've been incredibly mislead

The top 1% pay 42% of the taxes.

I think its not worth a debate with you as you seem to lack any capacity to comprehend facts

Preponderance: the quality or fact of being greater in number, quantity, or importance.

I’ll use it in a sentence to help you out.

Despite the preponderance of evidence against his god leader Donald J. Trump, pisgah101 refused to believe it.

Obviously it was a civil and not criminal case, so he’s not being charged. He was found liable for sexual battery. The state in which he was found liable defines sexual battery as: sexual intercourse that is forced on another person without their consent and is against their will.

Sexual intercourse is defined as: heterosexual intercourse involving penetration of the vagina by the penis

Also known as…rape. Trump is a rapist as you blindly follow his every word and deny he ever did anything wrong. It’s gross as hell dude.

It was such a traumatic experience for her she repressed it for 25 years; a therapist probably helped her “remember”
Wow. So it’s proven that he did in fact rape her, and you’re still backing him up. I would say I’m shocked but well, I’m not really. Nice to see you’re getting closer to just flat out admitting you don’t care who gets hurt so long as it’s the people you don’t like.

Good job everybody. We made it!
It makes no difference how many of these fantasy deadlines go by with their doomsday predictions falling flat. They will never admit to being wrong, errr, to lying. They will just create a new fake deadline and tell you it will be even worse than they thought the last time. And these climate freaks will still fall for it.

Is it difficult walking around with that enormous brain of yours? The scientist was saying that unless we stop using them in the next five years. Not that the planet would end in 5 years.

Now he was wrong about the world ending but we are currently seeing the effects now. Not as much in developed countries yet (though we are definitely experiencing some historic heat and storms as well) but in developing countries.

And it’s only gonna get worse. You poke fun all you want because you’re not going to have to deal with the issue. You’re old, won’t be here and **** them kids anyway amirite?

“Historic” meaning in the data of (only) the last 150 years? Lol.

They’ve been scaring everyone for decades.

60’s - oil gone in 10 years

70’s - another ice age in 10 years

80’s - acid rain will destroy all crops in 10 years

90’s - the ozone layer will be gone in 10 years

2000 - ice caps will be gone in 10 years

None of this has happened - what has happened is we pay more taxes while many others gain wealth

Evil, just pure evil.
