Need to be real careful on how we take a stand on this. All the facts, proof and evidence need to come in before any of us make a judgement and then let justice play out. If the accused is proven guilty may justice be done. If he is innocent and the evidence proves him innocent may the accuser pay the price of justice. Right now it's word against word and we may never know the truth. Let us as a fan base not take the road the unc family did when our LX team was accused of rape. We saw the damage done when false accusations were made and a unjust and dirty D.A. did everything he could to prosecute those he knew were innocent. OFC

Legal Expert: Idiots Running These Investigations
“The questions were totally irrelevant,” legal expert Amy Dardashtian said on CBS Sports Radio’s Ferrall on the Bench. “But what’s so shocking about this and what sets this case apart is really the evidence.
“So she reports it in a timely matter, and to your point, the department of public safety starts questioning her,” Dardashtian continued...totally inappropriate questions. There’s no purpose for these questions. Even if she answered yes to all of them, it wouldn’t justify rape.
“It was actually recorded,” Dardashtian said. “Those are the type of idiots running these investigations.

It still amazes me how the NCAA completely protected those scumbags and gave them absolutely nothing. They didn't even attempt to fake making it look somewhat good with a slap on the wrist.
Is it possible to replace NCAA with some other governing body that will actually do their job? Maybe it is time to start looking into that possibility. If this were ECU, ASU, or any other smaller school, they would be on probation forever. I see a lot of dissatisfaction with the way the NCAA handles problems , by who's who,on other sites, but, maybe there is nothing that can be done.It still amazes me how the NCAA completely protected those scumbags and gave them absolutely nothing. After the Tar Hole fiasco how in the hell does the NCAA have the nerve to punish anyone else ever again???

Simply amazing that this all went away SOMEHOW....
At first I looked at this latest info as pretty much what unx'ers like to call it...a "re-hash." Look closer. This won't spur the NCAA into action but Kane is outing even more of those involved than before. We're getting an even clearer picture of exactly WHO acted in concert to shield unx athletics. It's as insidious as it is depressing. They are insulated by NC govt and law enforcement. Woodall? Hole. Cooper? Hole. The NC BOG's? Holes. The only thing B-Rad has whined about that is even close to being factual is the scapegoating of middle-to-lower management types. The "real" players in the Ram's Club are still runnin' things. Baddour , Thorpe et al leave but are taken care of with zero blame attached. Dept heads sympathetic to athletics are still there. Whistleblowers are threatened. IOW , all things being equal the simplest answer tends to be the right one. It's an open-n-shut LOIC case...the likes of which is unprecedented. They paid millions in hush money , golden parachutes , legal fees and PR. And they did it with the complicity of the NCAA. Pretty easy to skate when the judge and jury doesn't WANT to sanction ya anyway. That said , it IS enjoyable watching 'em get continuously dragged thru the mud locally AND nationally. It bugs 'em. They wanted absolution. Instead they're soiled forever. Hang a banner...
