By supporting him you are in turn saying it's okay.
No. That’s not how it works. I’m not an idiot who thinks in a binary manner. I can separate the bad/dumb shit Trump says or does and call it out, unlike most of the liberals I know. Again, I will tolerate Trump to keep the socialist Democrats out of power. Sorry not sorry.

Which part? That American citizens should be allowed to elect leaders to represent them in the federal government? Or all votes should be equally counted?

That’s radical?
Expanding states and the House because you think it will work in your favor. Yes. Yes that is radical. I’m surprised you didn’t mention expand the Supreme Court and pack it with liberal activist judges.

You think expanding the House is a new concept? You may need to brush up on American history a bit. Adding states is not a rare thing either historically. American citizens should have the right to select their leaders.

Also, it’s not in the Constitution that the Supreme Court has to have 9 judges. Mitch McConnell broke that norm when he refused to seat Garland and kept the court at 8 judges for a year. Many other examples in our past. You really don’t know history do you?

Lol. Learn to read better. I didn’t mention anywhere that expanding the House as being a new concept. I said it’s extreme if you’re doing it because you think it will benefit your political party which is what would happen.

And what McConnell did wasn’t breaking the norm, he was following precedent. There hasn’t been a SCJ appointed in an election year when the senate and president are from different parties. Hell, even several prominent Democrats argued that very point in the past.

But this is what liberals do today. Can win at the ballot box so they try and change the rules or cheat or lie. Pretty much sums up the extreme liberal Democrat party today.

Terrible take on your part. If the people of Puerto Rico want to become a state they have every right to it. They are American Citizens after all. It doesn’t matter which way they vote.

Another question, do you think if RBG died tomorrow, McConnell and Trump would wait till after January 20th to appoint a new judge?

FTR, I’m not a fan of Kavanaugh but I don’t hate Neil Gorsuch. I really enjoyed his thought process in McGirt v. Oklahoma.

Yes. McConnell would follow exactly what he said back in 2016 which is no SPJ would be nominated/confirmed in a year there is a presidential election when the president and senate are from two different parties. Given the senate and president are from the same party, he would be good to confirm a new SPJ. Nothing would make me happier, other than Trump’s re-election.

That thought process is why I would not have a problem expanding the courts with a new President and Senate.

Why? Because timing hasn’t worked in your favor? So now you want to change the rules? Lol. Typical liberal democrat.

You act like it’s not in Congresses authority to change it, do you support the Constitution or only when it favors your party of choice?

@dukiejay soooo the Vikings don’t call not one timeout while the packers were third and long with 1:50 whatever to go ...they let them run the clock all the way down (conceding to just give them a field goal attempt and going into the locker room) they ended up with a touchdown ...what do the Vikings do with 30 secounds to go in the half!?? Try to throw the damn ball. Interception!! Makes no damn sense!! If you’re gonna come out aggressive you use those timeouts!!!! Not come out on your own 25 with 25 sec left and do it! Games are won in situations: The Vikings like year after year don’t know how to play situational football with terrible (in game) coaching! Don’t reply here becuase yea, but yea🤦‍♂️🙄

No. He said that he thought the people should have a say in the nomination and since there was a presidential election coming up, he said that meant that the Senate should wait to hold hearings. It was a power play that was unprecedented over the last two centuries. There is zero reason for it to make any difference in nomination when the Senate is controlled by one party and the president another. That was some nonsense that Lindsey Graham came up with to justify filling a US SCt seat this close to the election and why what McConnell did under Obama did not serve as precedent.

Partially correct. BECAUSE the president and senate were different parties McConnell said the people should have a say and he was just following precedent. Lol. Democrats have argued in the past for exactly what McConnell did. Y’all just don’t like it because it came back to bite you in the ass. Nothing more.

find me a time when the democrats have argued that.

Of all of the things I've seen a government official do in all of the years that I've followed politics, this was the most egregious. It was this man literally deciding that, not only would HE not do his duty as outlined in the Constitution, but he would use this jaw dropping negligence to ensure that the Executive Branch could not do ITS duty.

And his bullshit, about wanting to reflect the will of the voters? Hollow and ridiculous. The voters had already spoken; they had elected Obama. He was literally doing the OPPOSITE of that.

Really the worst moment like this that I've seen an elected official do. Shameful, shameful, shameful.

What absolute hypocritical bullshit. You had no issue slandering Kavanaugh and fully going along with all the bullshit lies from the main stream media. The Democrats were literally trying to find anything they could to lie directly to the American public so they didn’t have to fill the seat. Senator Hirono, who is one of the biggest pieces of shit in the senate, said their goal was to hold the position open until after the midterms and even 2020 if necessary to get who they wanted.

But then again, you’re an idiotic who can’t think for himself, so it’s not really that surprising.

Hahahahaha. Think Progress. That sounds like a legit source of information.
The Hill has its biases too

Not even close to “Think Progress” lol.

I might as well post from something equivalent like Infowars or Breitbart.

Oh. So you’re one of those people. One of those people who think the media isn’t extremely biased. Lol....

The media is not extremely biased. Right wing media is though. Traditional media is biased but not in the way you make it out to be. I would argue they give to much leeway to right wingers on things like climate change than they should. The right uses their brand of media as a crutch to make people feel good about being ignorant.

You’re so brainwashed you think ABC, CBS, NBC, etc are out to get you and you refuse to believe anything they say. It’s a very sad way to view reality.

Reality has a liberal bias.

Tell me, do you think climate change is an existential threat? The number one threat facing our country?

By the way, the stuff you wrote above is pure nonsense. Do I need to remind you of the fake Russian collusion hoax or the fake Ukrainian nonsense that led to a fake impeachment? Or the Kavanaugh lies. The media has pushed all of these false narratives that were pure lies all because they hate Trump.

But we have people like yourself that are so enraged with TDS that you honestly can’t be objective. It’s pretty sad. Well, not really.

And I would respond that everything you’ve said in the above paragraph is untrue and exaggerated. You say it’s lies but you don’t have any evidence to back it up other than right wing propaganda. You lean on those right wing narratives like a crutch. It’s all that holds your world view together.

The media is one of the biggest, if not the biggest problems we have right now...They create their narrative of shit and sheep bite on the shit. Before and after the facts come out.

Will you survive if/when Trump gets re-elected? It’s already priced into the markets and even Vegas has been moving toward favoring Trump. Those guys typically aren’t wrong much.

I’ll be fine, his policies favor me anyway. It’s the rest of the people I worry about.
