Both teams they lost to were ranked so they should’ve moved up a spot or two.
At least that. You have to take into the servere injury that bacot played with. hof coach roy williams I'm sure did everything possible to keep him from playing. It reminded me of back in the day New York Knick center Willis Reed dragging one leg up and down the court leading the Knicks to a NBA championship. If there were a ACC basketall courage award it would go to bacot.
So I just noticed, NCAA D1 powerhouse wofford is playing the cheats at them, then they come to us a few days later. That should be pretty interesting.
Maybe beating the cheats 55-50 will lull them to sleep and we will have a chance to catch them with their guard down!
Duke may move up 2 spots. Maryland losing to Penn ST by 10 with under 2 min on ESPN2. Lousiville down 46-54 to Texas Tech with 5:10 left on ESPN. Interesting to say the least.
Watching Louisville and Texas Tech. Not real impressed with Louisville.
I’m not real impressed with any team this year. Might be a good year to drop $10 on 10 teams favored to win it all by 20:1 and higher.

Well, with Louisville going down, I've got UNx penciled in a s the new # 1 team. Followed closely by us.
I was just about to post the same thing. I'm thinking they will probably be the unanimous pick.
With Louisville losing that means that most likely Kansas will be #1 next Monday if they win both of their games this week which I think they should because they play Milwaukee and Kansas City. If they do move to #1 then all of the top 4 preseason teams will have been ranked at #1.

So I wished a buddy Happy Birthday on Facebook and he responded with thank you then added a comment about how bad UNC is this season. So I decided to look up their team stats. They only have 3 players that play significant minutes that are shooting better than 50% this season and those 3 players are averaging a total of 16.6 shot attempts per game which is less than how many shot attempts Cole Anthony is taking by himself (16.9 shot attempts per game) and he’s not 1 of the 3 players that’s shooting better than 50% this season.
All I know is, the silence around here from tarhole nation is pure gold.

Hearing all this hype about UNC playing in Carmichael. Hear Ol Roy and Hubert Davis bragging that Cameron and Reynolds Coliseum couldn’t hold a candle to the atmosphere in Carmichael.
So if Carmichael was so great why not just bulldoze the NoseDome and play there permanently?
I guess Duke should just play a game in Card Gym. Against a cupcake so that they can have a full house and raucous atmosphere?
Wait, unlike Nosedome and PNC Arena Duke always has that atmosphere for all games. No need to play a game in Card after all.

Problem is if they did move back into carmichael had tried to hang all the banners it would cause the ceiling or roof to cave in. OFC
I was surprised that they held on and won because when I started watching the game Wake Forest was up by 5 I think and Xavier kept pulling to within 1 but every time they’d cut it to 1 Wake Forest would make free throws because Xavier kept fouling to stop the clock.
Tell Ol Roy he can play the ol meat flute and then shut the hell up.
Same goes for Pube Hube.
