Fran Fraschilla floated the idea that it's time for a 24-second shot clock in college basketball and I'm curious as to your thoughts.
Personally think Duke would be among the teams that benefit the most going from 30 to 24 seconds, with the caveat that we don't have a clear picture of how Jon Scheyer will coach (I mean, it's not like he's a Tony Bennett disciple, haha). The high level of offensive skill Duke brings in every year would be able to handle the change better than most programs, IMO.
