Uh Oh in UNC land

Hubert is so gone after this year if they NIT/play in game it again. Serves them right for talking so much **** in 2022.
Please do not let him get fired. As long as he loses 10 games or more in a season, get's them a play in game in the NCAA, etc., he will keep his job. That's not the standard they want, but can they fire a guy who is winning 69% of his games?

I don’t see it with the players that left and they have coming in. The players leaving were way better except for Wilson & big center from AZ. They lost Davis (former First Team ACC ), Powell (first round draft pick), Jackson (soon to be a first round pick next draft), they lost a better pg then they brought in. Guess we will see but I think Duke is way more talented team.

This kid looks really good as long as there is no expectation of him actually passing the ball or playing a lick of defense. Combine that with Hubie still being the coach and team chemistry should be fun to observe............for the opposing teams.

I see 2 story lines to watch for next years' tar heels. Do they make the tournament? And does Hubie survive the season?

They will be better but not by much. Maybe a round of 32 team unless certain guys really ball out.
Their front court is much improved . Wilson and the Arizona big can rebound and defend . They brought in a lot of guards three freshman and transfers . It’s how they gel . Same thing for Duke . Both have questions .

Yeah talent wise there’s a big gap in the rosters next year. Will that pan out? Who knows, but the cheats will be out of the top 25 when the preseason poll rolls around.
