Where is the science behind this vaccine saving lives? It's not a vaccine. The sooner we quit calling it a vaccine, the sooner we can make responsible decisions on how to move forward.
Even Timo agreed that the vaccine works. What makes you say it is not a vaccine?

You ridicule people who after getting medical advice do not do what your own biases dictate. If it is a woman’s right to murder babies then it is an individual’s right to decline a vaccine that had a 99% survival rate
I was not talking about murdering babies, I was talking about terminating a pregnancy and in my religion, those are two different things. My point was that a certain segment of the population has this ridiculous view of libertarianism in which their personal freedom trumps everything and yet they hypocritically believe they can dictate a woman’s choices.

Policing has nothing to do with sentencing. Also, you are again leaving out important context while regurgitating the same sensationalized falsehoods that have been debunked for years.
That actually is not true. When one group is more targetted for arrest than another group, or more likely to be arrested for the same conduct as another group, their arrest record looks different and that effects how they are sentenced.

I have gathered that opinion based on posts you have made over the past year. I said you seemingly feel that way. I dont know if I've ever specifically heard you say you don't believe discrimination is such a thing.

Yes, Blacks are more likely to encounter police than whites. That has to do with the fact that Blacks are policed differently than whites. Do you have data to back up parts two and three of the answer to your own question?
To the first paragraph. Nonsense. Not even worth addressing further. To the second. No matter how hard the truth is to acknowledge for progressive, woke people such as yourself, black people commit more violent crime, make up for over half of armed robberies and over half the murders. They also lead per 100,000 in almost every other crime. I am not saying that there are not situations where black people are policed different. But it is not the reason why they are more likely to encounter law enforcement. The data is readily available btw, it would take you just as long to look it up as me.

One group is not targeted for arrest. And sentencing has absolutely nothing to do with the topic.

They stopped calling the flu shot a vaccine because it does not effectively prevent symptomatic infection. Vaccines are designed to build antibodies against any particular disease/virus that prevent you from symptomatic infections. This so called vaccine does not. If you look at data from Israel, Italy and the UK there is no difference between the vaccinated and the unvaccinated. Natural immunity is far and away more protective than the vaccine. And there is reason to believe that the vaccine actually weakens the natural immunity in people who have had covid, recovered and received the vaccine. The vaccine is believed to keep you from becoming severely ill, but will not protect you from contacting or spreading the virus. It's a shot. Hell, three shots. Maybe 4, then 5, then.....

What a ridiculous thing to say. I absolutely acknowledge that people are discriminated against for all kinds of reasons including race. WTF gives you the idea that I don't believe people are discriminated against?

Is there no reason to go further, or is there a question you would like me to answer? Blacks are more likely to be killed by police because they are more likely to, 1) encounter police. 2) not follow orders, 3) resist/fight police.
This is what libs do, take their opponents position and then shift it way over to the right. Against vaccine mandates? Antivaxxer. Believe that systemic racism can’t account for every racial disparity? Then you don’t believe there’s any discrimination at all. It’s an old tired game they play

I don’t know ALL african-americans. the ones i know have diverse views and opinions, just like every other group. My point was that you can’t put all people of one race in a box, and there is no reason to assume that antivax ignorance is limited to the other racial groups solely.
You can’t put them all in a box? I thought Pres Biden said you “ain’t black” if you don’t vote for him. Doesn’t seem to be encouraging diversity. I guess we have different ideas on what the word ‘diversity’ means.

Talk to any policeman anywhere in this country and he or she will confirm parts two and three if you truly are interested in getting to the truth of the matter. But this would entail you questioning long held beliefs that are crucial to keeping your wobbly belief system from complete collapse so I don’t expect you to talk to a soul

So we can’t put one group in a box. We don’t want to do that. But yet you support executive order mandates on everyone, dismissing each individual’s rights, states rights, and dismissing the constitution all together. Let’s lump all into a box!*

* except the usps, congressional offices and their staffers, other unions. Because that somehow makes sense.

Fauci still after all this time, “following the science,” can’t answer why someone who’s had covid, needs the vaccine.

And I don’t want to leave anyone out, the migrants pouring across our southern border are not part of this vaccine mandates, per Jen Psaki.

Well you did make a comment about what goes into sentencing and, as someone who is in the field, I do know w a thing or two about it so I thought I would share the knowledge. As for the issue of death of African-americans at the hands of police officers, I am often frustrated about how the activists use those events which, on a macro scale, are really minute given the number of arrests nationwide. With that said, it is really hard to argue that there is no race bias in law enforcement. I can't tell you the number of times cops made comments that would make a fair person's skin crawl. And I am not anti cop by any means. there are actually a number of cops who agree with what I said.

Those comparisons are not apt. There are numerous things that people have to do, like pay federal taxes that are resolved by the federal government. Right now we are in a situation where not enough people are vaccinated to keep the pandemic at bay. this is precisely the thing that the federal government is designed to deal with. State's rights don't necessarily trump federal regulation so I am not at all dismissing the Constitution. And, quite frankly, I put up my knowledge of the Constitution against anyone's on this list.

You have a lot of things wrong, and this vaccine is designed to do precisely that you have described.

So that’s why the groups mentioned are exempt from this executive order mandate? Hundreds of thousands of usps workers, congressional offices and their staffers, select unions and migrants?

Where did I mention sentencing other than a response to someone else changing the subject? And again, I am not ever going to pretend that there is no discriminatory conduct within our LEO. There are really bad cops with bad intentions, nobody has ever denied that. What most of us argue is that the system is discriminatory and targets black people disproportionately solely based on them being black.

BTW, I have worked in crimimal justice for 16 years. I work with lawyers and DAs daily. My brother is the head sgt of a gang task force and has been involved in community policing for the last decade. Has been with the sheriff's office for over 20 years. I am no stranger myself.

great. nice to meet a fellow traveler, even if we don’t agree.

It turns out that postal workers are not exempt. There was some confusion a out that. As for the rest, the president does not have jurisdiction over Congress as it is not part of the executive branch. He would also have to negotiate with the unions separately.

Sophisticated people are exempt.
Southern college football games are superspreader events per fauci and cnn, but the US open crowds in Queens which included the likes of brad Pitt, Alec Baldwin, and other liberal tools are acceptable because they’re “sophisticated” and wouldn’t vote Republican if you put a gun to their heads

Confusion? Really? From the folks in charge of this pandemic? I’m afraid you must be the one confused regarding this matter

Quite a few times over the years. To answer your next question, sadly I didn’t record any of the conversations or write down any of their badge numbers
You know that is not what I meant. You made a broad statement about hundreds of thousands of people. Neither you nor I can speak to every cop in the country.

He also doesn't have jurisdiction over small businesses. He doesn't care about that, though. Just call it what it is, durhamgolfer. Rules for thee not for me.

You need to call it was it is. A necessary step to end the pandemic.
Also, the mandate only covers businesses with 100 workers or more.
It appears that Biden very much cares about jurisdiction as he fashioned his mandate to be consistent with executive power and did not overreach

Lol

This will be scoffed at, I’m sure, but the best way to slow/stop the pandemic?

Quit talking about it. This is driven by fear. Why they insist on forcing/shaming people into getting the vaccine should make anyone wonder.

This is a great diversion. Keeps the focus off real issues, and Biden’s mental health.

You needed to show proof of vaccination to get into the Open. Was that a requirement at the football games?

I've always felt this way. Everytime someone brings up more whites getting killed by police than Blacks, I say the same thing. There should be more whites getting killed by police than Blacks, as there are nearly five times the amount of white folks in this country. The problem has always been that Black folks are more than three times as likely to be killed by a cop than white.

What are the percentages of those committing the crime? This will increase the possibility of you having a run in with law enforcement.

there very clearly were cameras there. how else did they get those pics
Why do you defend these clowns like it's your job?

It's a pretty clear and unchallengable point. They are around the same people without wearing masks when they don't know whether or not they are on camera. But put their masks on when they KNOW they are on camera. It is all for show. Public health has nothing to do with it. This kind of stuff should make everyone stop and think. But we have a society that blindly supports their team no matter how obvious it is that they are laughing right in our faces.

Probably not , but is that the real issue? Or it the mainstream media’s tendency to treat white males one way and all other groups another.

And I don’t have to visit every cattle ranch in Montana to figure out that cow dung stinks. After about five to ten or so I feel like I could start making reasonable conclusions. Not comparing our loe with cattle in a literal sense so don’t anyone get their knickers in a twist
