I wouldn't classify Evans as best coming off the bench. I think the young man has some of the best upside on the team. Quick release, elevates and not shy. Eventually, you may have to start him if Kon is going to disappear against elite competition.
Agreed...Kon is playing hard but just defending isnt enough to be out thereI wouldn't classify Evans as best coming off the bench. I think the young man has some of the best upside on the team. Play 9 guys... Keep a consistent 9 man rotation.Evans is playing good .im simply not sure what the starting back court should be at this point .
I love Cooper Flagg. Reminds me of Grant Hill. Just an elite swiss army knife. Big time blocks, runs the floor on defense, pushes the ball up and finds the open man. The kid is just scratching the surface.Flagg has 10 rebounds too. Even when he’s not scoring at a high clip, he still always has his mark on every game. He’s such a solid player.
Not sure I agree with this . Teams would have zeroed in on Evans just like they have done Kon. He’s open because they aren’t looking for him . It will change in the second half .Duke is more than likely undefeated and #1 in the country ifJS would have had enough sense to play Evans all year....
I don't see Auburn going away. That is a very good team who have a few guys that play like Evans. Off balance threes, step back threes, they don't a FThe boys manned up after getting punched early. Glad Evans got a chance. With the focus on Flagg and Kon, opportunities are there for others. Evans made the most of his. He might be the right fit. He’s not short on confidence. Foster looked solid too.
Auburn is reeling, so we need to come out and knock them out early. Plus with the conference getting smoked, we need this win. Then we need Auburn to be strong in their conference. We lose this game, we playing for a 3 seed, 2 at best.

I won't say we will be undefeated but the difference between Evans and Kon is off ball movement from what I see. and Evans doesn't need a lot of room or time to let it go. And he is longer, jumps higher can elevate and shoot over folks. These are all things Kon lacks in my opinion and makes it more difficult to get him shots even while screening for him. Against elite competition anyway. I don't think Kon has had any attempts from 3 tonight? A player who moves well off the ball doesn't have that problem. Not sure I agree with this . Teams would have zeroed in on Evans just like they have done Kon. He’s open because they aren’t looking for him . It will change in the second half .
But he didn’t make a difference. Auburn will dominate us at home .
10 times more athletic than KonNot sure I agree with this . Teams would have zeroed in on Evans just like they have done Kon. He’s open because they aren’t looking for him . It will change in the second half .
