Duke is clearly the best team in country right now.
This was a masterpiece in team defense to hold them to 65 points. Whether we win it all or not, Alabama knows they go manhandled.

I’ve been bullish on this team all year, and I told myself that a Final Four would be a successful season, but I’d be lying if I said this team shouldn’t win it all.
Dominant defense that put Alabama in hell all game. The offense was good, but let’s be real, we’re capable of a much better game in that department.
Survive and advance though! What a bonus to get to see this group play. This is the best Duke team in many years.

Celebrate the win but bear in mind Bama was the worst SEC team left in the tournament and a bit of an enigma....great if they can make 3's but not so much if they get shut down. We played a fantastic complete game on both ends and we are locked in which is awesome...but the next 2 games will be all out wars...physically...but we are showing we are up for it!
I'll be seeing him on Tuesday.
At this point it will be a major disappointment to not cut down the nets. Duke has the best offense and defense in the country.

Flagg contributes more than points....defensively and as a focus on the offense..its more than the points....but he was still a major factor today...plus his competitive attitude is off the charts and contagious....even if he is off a little from his high bar...he is a major factor in our success

Yup and think he was tired as heck as well. You can tell how tired he was when he went out to take a break at the 12:50 mark.

This. He had some freshman decision making moments on several offensive trips which we have not seen since November. However, he could not have played any better defensively/rebounds.
Everything is correct about this post. Kid almost had a double double on “his worst night”.

We've had great freshman before, but their focus seemed to be on scoring..... he is focused on WINNING...and he adapts to games to make sure that we win... contributing what's needed.... it's awesome to see him do this at such a young age. Its whats been missing from our other highly rated freshman classes.....and i'd add Kon and Malach in there too....not seeking the headlines....they just want to win.
He’s the best freshman in the history of the program. Zion was the most electric, Okafor was dominant, Kyrie was the most talented, but Coop is the best. He’s unreal and the points you make are what separates him.
I think most people on this board forget hiw dominant Bagley was. He did things no player ever did at Duke in his only season.
This team is so special. And don't forget about Sion and Tyrese. Foster too playing through his mid season woes. Hit a huge 3 for us tonight

We beat them by 20 and held them to 26 below their average. Don’t bear in mind anything. Were elite
Personally I think Okafor is underrated. Yes he could be suspect on D, but he wasn't that bad and his offense was elite. And he was a mountain. When he got it in the post it was 2 points.
At least this team knows they can play with and beat one of those other top SEC teams.
Kid averaged 22 and 11 with numerous 30 pt and 15 rebound games. Also has a few 30 point 20 rebound games. Now why don't you post the other Duke players that put those numbers
I'll also say that if Bagley had the shooters that this team has he easily hangs a banner for Duke.
You are correct. I was going by what tbs showed post game. Should have known better to trust that outfit.
Bagley was great, especially on offense. He probably gets more credit if we win a natty or make a FF. That team was very good, but didn't always seem to be on the same page.
