Here you go again. Weaseling out. Haha. You've been full of retarded posts lately. What I said is 100% true. Of course people voted for him. We sure as hell didn't need mail in ballots though. It was also more than just racist white people that voted for Trump. He would not have won had he not gotten the percentage of minority votes that he did.

You don't need a masters education to get it, just common sense. Think about it Einstein.
Are you taking responsibility for President Biden's being elected?

The New Lounge

No, he is here because of the people who voted for him. That's on you. I'm well aware of how many Democrats and others on the Left contributed to conditions where President Trump became a viable option, but his actual Presidency is 100% the responsibility of those who voted for him. Don't try to weasel out of it.
I’ll take that responsibility, at least he’s transparent and out in the public showing that he’s doing things. We had no idea who was running the country for the past 4 years.

Off-season thoughts

Not sure how accurate this is but according to Sports King on twitter “Expect to see Duke roster news within 24-72 hours. I’m told specifically that money is no issue & roster continuity is at the top of Scheyer’s list. Duke’s NIL and collective is + 10 million and they’re prepared to spend even more. Dominos will start to fall very shortly.”

If true should get very interesting around here. LFG
Looks like we’re top 3 for the Pg from Princeton
16.9 ppg, 6.1 rpg, 5.5 apg. 43.9% from field

Agreed Dattier, I've seen some pencil Cayden as a starter in the backcourt. I'm not on that boat, especially if Foster, Proctor, Evans, and Harris return (guys who have all been in the program for some time). Cayden is really good, but I'm not one to solidify him as a starter. Coach Scheyer is Recruiting guys who are not afraid to Earn their minutes. Proctor, Foster, Evans, and Ngongba have all Experienced playing very limited minutes to finding their way into the rotation during their time at Duke.
If Cayden starts it’s cuz he separates himself. I don’t expect that but I’d take it

Every Duke recruit should expect to compete for PT and earn it. I don't want guys who expect things to be handed to them. Being "recruited over" is a myth.

Yeah, I have been wondering the same. I kinda wish they would just rip the band aid off and announce everyone's plans in one presser. I know that's not how it works though. I am feeling like we are going to lose the guys we expect to lose plus at least one surprise we didn't see coming.

Duke getting 5-6 of Proctor, Foster, Brown, Ngongba, Evans, and Harris to return for the 2025-2026 Season would be a Win

I was comparing Boozer to Flagg in high school. They were in the original same class and battled for the #1 recruit until Cooper reclassified. They played against each multiple times for Championship in HS and AAU tournaments. So Cameron could be just as good his Freshman season is all I’m saying. He is #3 recruit in a load class and some project AJ and Peterson above Flagg if they were in this draft. I don’t have those opinions as those people. Give me Flagg all day. No one knows how good Cameron will be until next season when he puts on a Duke uniform.

For those that despise him? The media, the elites, Bush, Obama, Biden... they are why Trump is here.

Cameron Boozer is just as good as Zion and Cooper.
When he is on the short list for the Wooden, Naismith, etc, I'll entertain this. You're comparing him to the 2 most highly decorated and accomplished Duke freshmen of the OAD era.
It's not being negative to have confidence that he'll be very good and that the team will be very good, but without hyperbole.

yup. Coop played like an upperclassman all year. Same with Kon. Their IQ/bodies were ready for the college game and the adjustment was minimal.

This is why I don’t personally get too caught up in classifications. For example, Cam Boozer is going to come in as a freshman but is built like a senior and is extremely skilled/polished, especially for a big. Ament I would expect will be more of what you would see out of freshman/sophomore.

Coach K just called Cooper the best Duke freshman ever, and I think J Will too. He had a very mature game for a freshman. Him and Kon were not your typical OADs. Even a guy like Tatum, who is mentioned as one of the best NBA players, struggled a bit at Duke. I saw him in person at Florida State, a game we lost in early Feb. Tatum got his points but did not really have a big impact on the game, which was very physical. Not picking on Tatum, just using him as an example. That team did not respond well to a physical game, so South Carolina beating us was not that surprising. I call that the Chase Jeter getting repeatedly dunked on game. It was brutal, watching from the 10th row with my dad.
Cooper was the best freshmen I’ve ever watched at Duke, and that goes back to the mid 80’s. Every other oad close to his size had some weak parts to their game. Some were really noticeable. Paolo is the closest comp to him. I liked him a lot, but I'd take Cooper at 80% healthy over him.

Flagg was everything the experts said he was then some.
