182!!...for a chance to be selected to one of the 60 slots available. This does NOT include the seniors who are also available. And for those who might not know, the definition of a Lottery Pick is reserved for the 14 teams that did not make the playoffs. The 9 of the first 10 slots in the mock drafts that I have seen have belonged to freshmen and 1 international player. Justin Jackson is projected at number 13 -- check the link...it says he went to Duke (maybe they asked where he wanted to go to school?).

I am only bringing this up to start a discussion, SO:
1. I cannot see why an undergraduate would declare for the draft AND hire an agent.
2. I am not surprised that Berry is returning -- and anyone busting his chops (Tar Heel or not) is criticizing his good sense.
3. I have to think that the sheer math would guide Jackson back to his sophomore year.
4. I have to believe that kids are dropping out of college because they lacked the academic chops to maintain the minimum GPA and be competitive in Div 1 basketball.

Will be an interesting draft...and the resulting fallout.
