I imagine if Roach can't go Schutt will get a few minutes. Jon has to be aware of the "why isn't Schutt playing?" chatter. There was an article about it. If he can't get in at home with Roach out and Blakes with a broken nose, you have to wonder if he sees any time this year.

I am sure Jon doesn't care about the "chatter". What he may care about is the signal he sends to Schutt if he plays with only one guard and doesn't let Schutt in the game.

Give Schutt 5 minutes. If he gets beat every time on defense, Joey-like, then we have our answer. I don't see playing a special defense to hide him at the expense of getting away from our playing style. We aren't turning into Syracuse for Jaden Schutt.
