Our guards were excellent today. And it's not like we beat up on the Sisters of the Mother Poor University. This was Stanford.
One of those classic fun Saturday afternoons in Cameron Indoor Stadium. That big for Stanford sure is tough but the Cardinals couldn’t even make it remotely uncomfortable for Duke to run offense today.
Good to even this series at 2-2. Duke Nation had to stew on an 0-2 record (both 1 point losses with a high piss factor) vs the Cardinals from 99 until 2014 when Duke beat them in NY. Now a good ole whipping in Durham.
Auburn was so tough today against Bama. The Tigers are without a doubt Duke’s top win this season. And thanks for nothing Lennie, 25 points at home? Really?

Really good win. As everyone has said, Proctor was very good. I also think what is helping him is that Sion is doing a fantastic job running the point.
Two favorite things from this game: no one played crazy minutes and Foster came in and looked like a 5* player playing against scrubs. Young man needed that and Duke will need him playing like that.

Clemson is just a tough rebounding team and Cal and Stanford have some unusual talent for it, but still…
Have opponents been shooting more 3s? They tend to rebound long, which adds some guesswork to rebounding.

If Proctor can maintain this pace, we are a set for a deep run in the tourney. Has he finally put it all together? Agreed 100% that Sion running point has been key!

Part of rebounding has been Flagg a little more on the perimeter and rebounding less.

Sion's move to PG has allowed Proctor to flourish off the ball. Plus it made our backcourt a lot more physical.
The coach for Stanford mentioned Foster and Evans in his presser meaning lot of talent to close a game. I think Foster will help a lot in some games he has the talent just got to be confident.
