Eh we were due for a flat game. As long as we don't lose. I'm more concerned about Brown being out.
Notre Dame had quite a few wide open looks from 3. It was like Duke said here take as many 3’s as you want but you aren’t scoring in the paint. Got to guard both, 8-12 from three is not good.
I hope he's good. Since Kyrie, we can't seem to get through a season without significant injury.
So you slap the ball out of someone's hand and no tech but the Mal coming over is a tech? Ok🙄🙄
We should've been shooting 2 tech free throws there. Mal was hosed.
Flagg show today. Total mismatch. Love that we just keeping feeding him. Either he goes to the line or gets a basket
The hype surrounding Coop all offseason at 17 had me nervous because in today’s social media age, I thought it might get to his head or be impossible to live up to. Not only has he met the hype, he’s exceeded it in every way. We are truly watching a generational talent and the kid plays hard which I think separates him.
Coop is special and we more than likely will never see an 18 year old like him again.

It's weird because he has been more impressive on offense, when the opposite was supposed to be true. He is showing an ability to take over the game, which we may need in March.
Dogfight. You could tell it because they never went away and kept hitting their 3s. We became complacent. Stopped attacking.
ND shot 14-22 from 3. They won't shoot like that the rest of the season. Not a easy as it should have been. Just got complacent.
Great to have Coop with his 42 but it doesn't get the others into the flow of the game.

This was probably Duke’s worst defensive performance of the season. And where was the balance today, thankfully huge games by Flagg and Maluach. Can’t have many games like this going forward. Got the win though

I agree on the defense but Dukes offense became one dimensional in the end . It pretty much became get Flagg the ball. He deserved it but it played into ND favor .
Knew it wouldn’t be a blowout. With Burton back, they can shoot. A win is a win
Like I said notre dame had an almost perfect game and still lost by 8 2 points off double digits
I will watch later and do a top 10. Less stressful for me that way. We need Brown back and Foster and Evans have vanished. Still a win is a win.

Cooper was Redickulous today. I didn’t think the defense was really that bad overall. ND just had an extremely lucky day shooting the 3s that they will not repeat this year. Jon’s substitution patterns were great today. Play your best players.
While the final score was closer than it should have been, Duke was never not in control though they did get lax towards the end.
Also, Bilas is so anti-Duke that it takes away from the viewing experience.

1. Fast 14-0 start to the game, ball was moving when this happened
2. Flagg’s and Maluach’s Play
3. The Win
Negatives:
1. Brown getting injured (let’s all hope it’s nothing serious)
2. Duke getting complacent in the last 5 minutes of the game when Duke had an 18 point lead which led to 3, 4, and 5
3. The intensity on defense fell, hence the run Notre Dame went on
4. Lack of ball movement on the offensive end thus making Duke one dimensional
5. Terrible job handling the full court pressure applied by the Irish
Hoping Duke’s Coaching Staff works on The Team being Pressured Full Court Moving Forward, because opponents are going to defend Duke this way from here on out.
