Where did I try to justify using the N word in my original post where I quoted you? I stated that Denzel Washington used the word ending with A in the movie Training Day which is technically different than using the word that ends with ER. I also said that using either word is wrong. I also stated that some people view the two words as having different meanings but at no point did. I try to justify using the N word.

I like a lot of what you said here. Fact is, we will never rid the world of ignorance. How a person handles bigotry directed towards them can be a great indicator of how good of a person they are as it is an indicator of how shitty of a person their attacker is. Like the man in the video, he didn't react in a way that could have flipped the narrative. He laughed it off because he knew that he was the better person in that situation. Almost in a celebratory way, like her exposing herself as a piece of shit made it all worth the slur.
Yeah I put him on ignore because arguing with him is like arguing with a brick wall or a woman and like with those two things, arguing with him is pointless. He’s only the second person I’ve ever put on ignore not counting bots/spammers since I joined this board 9+ years ago.
I was walking through the mall in Lexington one time wearing a Duke shirt. Great post sky. No matter how much apologizing this lady does, she said it. The damage has been done. That word is obviously part of her vocabulary and I’m certain it isn’t the first time she’s said it.
Yeah I agree QC, you don't say that word in that way unless you are pretty comfortable saying it IMO. When I see something like this it pisses me off first and then it's just sad....sad that this stuff still happens.
