Is Thon Maker an option

For Duke? He has reclassified but is not on our radar. Is Duke recruiting him or is he going overseas to play? Anyone know anything about this?

Maker's clearly got a ton of natural ability, but he's apparently still pretty far from completing high school. The best case scenario for him is that he finished high school at the end of the summer and, at best, becomes eligible sometime in the fall semester. Regardless of any baggage, I don't think he's far enough along academically to play here in 2015.

Some of these kids you can never figure out. He has an offer from Duke, at times this year he listed Duke as one of his favorites (although that changes quite frequently for a lot of players), and now all of the sudden, he doesn't even mention us.
As someone said, I don't think he is even on our radar.
I really don't even give him much thought, as he is a probable OAD anyway. I like the way we are shaping up and trust K's choice of student-athletes.

Duke would not have a title without the so called OAD. Thon Maker is a great athlete,but some of these kids come with handlers and a way to take advantage and make money from them
