Alright guys, I'm not here begging and want you to feel sorry for my family. You can ask Crazie4life, I don't ask for help but when it comes to my kids or other kids, then I'm all in. I'm raising money again this year for the Childrens Tumor Foundation. I realize this may be a little long but you guys are the best people on the planet and Im sure you could take 3 minutes out of your day to read this.
My daughter Eva is 7 years old and was diagnosed with NF1 at age 4. As an infant Eva had many Cafe au lait spots but no other symptoms. By age 4 she was diagnosed with several tumors, with one on the optic nerve in her brain, one on her spine near her brain stemand one on the bottom of her foot.
Eva undergoes treatment at Duke Children's Hospital with a team of specialists including a neurological oncologist, a neurologist, and an eye doctor. Eva often has brain MRIs and other tests to monitor the growth of her tumors.
Your donation no matter how big or small will help fund the research to find a cure for this disease. It will also help other families like ours participate in clinical trials. All monies go directly to the foundation.
If you can give, great! If you can't, I understand. Maybe you work for a company who could donate or maybe you could share on your social media page and have friends who could. I've attached my link to my page where you can donate.
