Catching things up around the rest of the ACC's upper echelon --
Virginia -- lost to Navy; beat Radford
Virginia Tech -- blew out Maine and Navy (actually kind of regret picking them third and not second in my preseason ballot)
Florida State -- blew out Penn; faded down stretch and lost to unranked Florida
UNC -- rolled against Loyola (Md.); slogged to 95-87 win against Brown
Louisville -- beat Southern; lost to Furman (aside: somebody in the ACC or Big East is going to hire Bob Richey and be happy)
Syracuse -- blew out Lafayette (Duke plays on Friday); about to tip against Drexel
Notre Dame -- beat CS Northridge (weird they only had one game this week)
I'm not going to sit here and say Duke should just be thankful to be 3-0, there are a few things to iron out in the next 3 games -- but, at least in my eyes, Duke is a couple of steps ahead of the rest of the ACC.
