Its a nice story and I'm glad he's okay.
Major sell-out! OFCIt’s to set his son up to be the heir-apparent. And that usually does not work out well at this level.
My son had one a couple months ago. He tried to play a football game through the pain the day after the injury and got through a half before the swelling made it too hard to move around well. A week later it would still bug him but he could get around fine. After two weeks he had no issues unless he was on his feet for a long time but even then it just needed ice after activity. I am guessing they will let him rest up until the next conference game. After that he should be fine. Might bug him a little bit. But probably depends on severity. Not the update I wanted. Whenever Jon gives such a vague answer, you know he’s missing multiple weeks. Not ideal.
Not the update I wanted. Whenever Jon gives such a vague answer, you know he’s missing multiple weeks. Not ideal.Brown has a toe sprain, and Jon said "we hope to get him back as soon as possible." A quick google search said toe sprains can last 3 to 6 weeks. Hopefully it does not linger. Depends on the severity.
Well, we know how things go with toes and feet at Duke. It's never quick, hahaBrown has a toe sprain, and Jon said "we hope to get him back as soon as possible." A quick google search said toe sprains can last 3 to 6 weeks. Hopefully it does not linger. Depends on the severity.
She is a doll. Danny Elfman is a lucky man.Not to mention Bridget Fonda is a cutie.
1/Surf, you're like me- you DO NOT "hate to jump in." You love to talk and debate Duke football. You know your subject quite well, and much admiration and respect to you sir(Same salute also much directed at pal @Devilinside ). All of you guys are good people, DUKE FOOTBALL DIEHARDS like me!!so couple if things.
i hate to jump in on this but Grayson was not excellent vs unc. he was 16-28 for 189. thats it. yes he had 3 short td passes but they were set up by our running game which rushed for 179 yds.
I can live with him not running much, but he does appear willing to take off, if only to extend a play. MM looked like the pocket was an island surrounded by sharks - no way he was leaving it. Which led to forced passes, sacks and the occasional fumble.Mensah isn't what you would call a running QB but he isn't afraid to take off so the threat will be there.
