For better or worse, there’s not much film on Henry, so OL Miss may have trouble figuring out the best way to attack him. Last year it was pretty clear that his strength was the RPO, which he often ran himself, but I’d like to think that his passing game has improved. He does have a strong arm - can he make the right reads and throw it to the right place? He does have some really good targets, which should help. Also, we all have fretted about Murphy’s inability to extend plays - that won’t be a problem for Henry. Another good thing for us is that, compared to many of the bowl teams, we haven’t gotten decimated by the portal or soon-to-be-pro absences, and that’s not a knock on Murphy or Thomas.

I have as much confidence in our coaches as anyone, but I'm having a lot of trouble figuring out how our offense can keep this game close by moving the ball and putting points on the board. Our defense will have to have an SMU type turnover game to keep it close.

he is a grad transfer non schollie kid who started and played many years of D3 football so some experience

I really don't have any beef with you over Rep Gaetz. The bipartisan Ethics Committee found credible evidence that he committed statutory rape... but The View coming right out and saying he raped a girl when they personally had no proof crossed a line their channel didn't want to mess around with. I wouldn't call that a "false allegation" at all, just one they would've had a difficult time defending if they were sued.

It's a pretty standard choice in such incidents; retractions/apologies are issued all the time because of minor discrepancies. It speaks to mac's ignorance and inexperience with anything beyond the blandest of black & white thinking that he thought that was such a homerun for the right, and he was so aroused by it he tried to act like Gaetz was suddenly heroic.
