So, just so we're clear. It is your allegation that Harris did not tell a single lie last night?
Absolutely not. I referenced two in the last paragraph of my post about fact-checking.
National ban on abortion. 2025, she was asked about fracking and mandatory buy backs, but didn't even get pressured to give answers on them. She lied about why millions of people lost their jobs at the end of Trump’s term. She lied about Trump giving us covid. She was totally dishonest about his response to the Central Park 5. She said all kinds of shit that the moderators could have checked her on. They both did. But like we said, it was one way, nit both.
national ban on abortion: President Trump has consistently said he wouldn't sign it. I don't believe him, and VP Harris apparently doesn't believe him. If she was making a prediction, fine. If she was saying he would based on his own word, she was wrong. Since you credit her with being so smart and knowledgeable that she couldn't have possibly made an honest mistake, it's a lie.
Project 2025 is independent of Trump. For him to still be pretending that he doesn't even know what it is is laughable. If re-elected, it will absolutely be his playbook.
Fracking and buybacks: If she didn't give an answer and wasn't pressed to... 🤷♂️ It's not like either of them gave succinct, direct answers to anything. I thought President Trump insisted on getting the last word in most exchanges; maybe his interrupting and blathering on meant there was no time to squeeze her.
Uh... why
did millions of people lose their jobs at the end of Trump's term, according to you? And what did she say?
She said Trump gave us covid? Literally? When?
She was spot-on about the Central Park 5. Absolutely true.
The fact-checking was appropriately one-sided: the biggest liar in Presidential history got called on his crap. I thought Trump was given greater leeway to talk over the mods and keep responding. I'm not crying about it, though.
