Refs in Big Ten Finals

How can you miss the call with 15 seconds to go and Wisky player had foot out of bounds? Spartans may still will but they would have had the ball up 2 with 15 seconds left. Would love to see Spartans win. Guess then we would not have to worry about a Number 1 seed. Of course UNC fans would say to give it to Notre Dame.
Now they are in OT. Got to think Wisky pulls it out.

college basketball refereeing is a joke. Especially big 12 refs (looking at you John Higgins)

The refs made 4 bad call against MSU but none worse than the missed out of bounds which for some reason they did not review. Yes, MSC choked in OT but MSU was robbed of the win.

Announcers said it was not review-able. If there was some discrepancy as to who touched it last before going out of bounds then it can be reviewed. However, the only discrepancy was that he (Keoning I believe) stepped out before saving it. The whole thing is kind of silly that some calls can be reviewed and other not. Like the shot before half at St. Johns, if can be reviewed if its the game clock, but not the shot clock...why would that be so much more difficult other than it might lead to a few more stoppages.

And of course if it had been a Duke player that was shown to be out of bounds this would have the internet in total Duke Hate Bedlam, would have been dissected on every sporting show and this so called 'unreviewable rule' that everyone totally accepts cause Wisky did it, would have never been mentioned and would of been a fact that its just the refs in K's back pocket as always and we'd never hear the end of it.

You said it. Most folks think K is highest paid collegiate bball coach because he is the greatest college bball coach ever. 4 ships, a few final fours, brought a gold medal or two back to team USA, and a couple of wins. When in fact he is paid so handsomely only so he can put food on the table and keep his lights on, because once hes done paying off the refs, tournament officials, and a handful of others hes not left with too many zeroes on that paycheck. Those guys dont come cheap and have JJ REDICK deep pockets.

MSU has no one to blame but themselves. They might have committed the two worst turnovers in the history of college basketball in the last two minutes of regulation. And I'm not exaggerating.

Yep. Missed call or not, Valentine caught the ball after Gasser "saved" it. Hang onto it and MSU probably wins. However, it was a little ridiculous that Wisconsin still had two (maybe three? I can't remember) fouls to give with 15 seconds left in the game.
