Rant time for this old fart.

Over the past year or so the heel fans HAD been fairly civil because of their sucky basketball team last year and their just average football team lately. Not of tar heel fans wearing their gear in public, not a lot of heel fans boasting on face book and generally a quiet bunch of fans. Now here comes hope of a very good basketball team and a nationaly ranked football team they are popping up everywhere in their wussy blue gear , making their arrogant comments to me if I'm wearing Duke gear but it all boils dow to this. They are tar heel fans. They can't help it. It's their nature. Bless their little hearts. Sorry gedd. OFC

The majority of Panthers fans are the same way. I wear my Duke and Raiders gear proudly, have throughout the years. Believe me, as a Raiders fan I've been heckled my whole life here in North Carolina, haha Most Panthers fans are like the Tar Hole fans around here, their freaking delusional.

skysdad, I wish that I had your passion. I made a mistake attending UNC. It was too big for me. I would have enjoyed a small college with small classes. I know many UNC and Duke basketball players and UNC football players. There are some wonderful players from both schools, and a smattering of awful. I'm still a big UNC fan, but knowing some despicable types tempered my enthusiasm. Thanks for treating me well on this board. Every few years, I would post something on the UNC board, and get booted immediately. Thanks for letting me stick around
