91-67 Heels. State players have absolutely quit on KK. We have plenty of sub-par State squads to pick from over the years but this one is one of the worst Wuffie squads I can remember.

This is a wild game. If you're at 83 points with almost 5 minutes left in a college game, you're looking good. Problem is, the other guys have 98.
Mark Mitchell with 31 as Missouri beats Bama. Definitely helps us out. Only hope Bama has is to outscore you. They play no defense
Alabama losing is big for us, gives us some breathing room in regards to a 1 seed. Just win out during the regular season and we will be the 1 seed in the East, conference tourney won't matter.
I don't think Alabama is a national title contender, not good enough on defense. I think Duke/Auburn are in a tier by themselves. Then Houston and Florida I'd have in the next tier.

Saw a post on X that unCHEAT was allowing for free admission to the nc state game the other night. Is this seriously true?
Jimbo, it is true due to the bad winter storm North Carolina was getting last night. It was a safety precaution.
SMU losing to Clemson might knock them out of the tourney. Have a feeling the Cheats gonna find a way to get in.

the cheats are 46 in NET, are 1-10 quad 1 games, and have 11 losses and they will lose at least 2 more games. All of that in a down year in the ACC. In a normal ACC year, 11-12 losses would probably still sneak you in, but not this year. No matter how you look at it, they are not a tournament team this year.
Only way they get in is if they beat us and make a run to at least the acc final which they will not. Honestly, them winning a few games keeps Hubert around which is a beautiful thing.

Kentucky message boards full of excuses as they go down again. Refs, injuries…..so sad.
That’s the norm on Rupp Rafters. I think the majority of their fans walk around with tin foiled hats on their heads

I think Kentucky will end up somewhere between a 4-6 seed. They’ll lose to Auburn and will lose in the SEC Tournament. In other words they at least have 2 more losses coming their way before Selection Sunday.
Arizona just got robbed by the refs at the end of the game. Refs definitely dictated the ending of that game. I hate that for the players.

Yeah, that was one of the worst calls I have ever seen.
St John's starts 3 seniors and 2 juniors. Very Experienced Team.
That BYU/Arizona call was awful. The player went down on his own, was not touched by the Arizona player.

Johnnie's looking good against UConn.
UConn hasn't looked good at all lately. Last game they were down a bunch at home against Nova and had to come back to win. Their last win before that was against Marquette was good but I doubt they would have won if it wasn't for McNeely's career game with 38 points.

The "best coach" in college basketball is struggling this year, and I love it.
I have a theory that U Conn started getting the best NYC area kids in the late 90s who used to go to St. John's. There are a few New England prep schools where a lot of the good NYC kids end up.
