I’m glad it was a battle. We need to learn how to win these tough games . But the way it was done was awful. We haven’t had foul trouble like that all year.
But whatever if it helps us get an end result we want I’ll take it
We survived. So many in foul trouble, some bad calls (we got away with one with Ngongba), and Proctor gave us nothing on offense in the 2nd half. He wasn’t even close on a few of them.

Tonight was our C+ game on defense at times. That stretch when we went from tied at 42 to up 70-51 we played our game and then we relaxed.
I'm not a Cal fan but he did prove to me that he's a better coach than I thought he was.

One of the most casually biased called games. Jackson just clearly does not like Duke. Heck. I’d take Len Elmore over that dude. But they also have to see obvious calls. On the flagrant one when Kon was pulled down the ref’s completely missed the over the back vs Flagg when he got shoved out of bounds. In fact the officials missed both of those initially!! When those guys are making that replay call they have to see the foul when Flagg got hammered and point it out.

Speaking of, can Tenn and Kentucky both lose?
Zona is a solid team and I think a game like this does Duke well. Duke will need to defend the three line like their life depends on it.
Also, I’ll never, ever give credit to Caleb Love. One my least favorite college players of all time and I’m glad we sent his ass home and probably straight to the G league!

Yeah the Jim Jackson Duke hating was weird. That said that guy could ball. He was an absolute stud at Ohio State.
In retrospect, those Maliq Brown minutes at the end of the first half were huge in not allowing additional fouls on Pat and Maluach.

Unless Coop got hit in the head for a flagrant, can they call a new foul while reviewing another call? Not sure
