No doubt, could be a "Cinderella" year for 'em. Quite honestly I HATE the Mets, but have similar feelings for the Dodgers. I will be pulling for the AL champ in WS.

First swept by Padres, then Profar out for 80 games, now at Chavez Ravine for three.

It will likely be an 0-7 start to the season. Braves have some missing pieces. Strider and acuna will help.
Looking ahead at the schedule, we're in trouble, and it could get very ugly early if we don't start stringing some wins together. I think we are 0-7 after the next two. Then we have a shot to win three against the Marlins, but the Phillies are right after that. I mean, anything that can go wrong has gone wrong from the start of the year on and off the field.
AA was way too stingy with Braves $$$ in the off-season. We're paying for it at least early. The Profar loss is a significant one.

If someone would have said we’d be the worse team in baseball (record wise anyway) after say 10 games ida bet the house against it.
Ipster I agree. Frustrating.Blowing the 5-0 lead against the Dodgers last week was inexcusable. Then we come home to face the Marlins, and HAMMER the Fish 10-zip. I figure, hey start a little win streak. Alas, we get SHUTOUT the next day.
I know the season is in it's infancy, but better not stay in this tail spin TOO LONG. Phillies and Mets could run away and hide in NL EAST this year. Here's to brighter days!

Another disheartening loss today. Ace starter(well former ace anyway), Chris Sale continues to get knocked around, and the bullpen was horrendous. Braves got tagged by the D-Rays, 8-3.
Yankees meanwhile willing to pick up Austin Riley's huge contract. They want him at 3rd.Who knows what our front office will do??

That would royally suck. Want to see him back healthy and in pre 24 form. If he puts on those pinstripes , he’s dead to me. A.A. truly doesn’t give a damn about the fan base if he does let him go, but another yr like last and he may not get near as much for him would be the logic if he pulls the trigger.

Got Toronto, Minn, and Stl. So Avg, Good, Avg based on predictions but who the hell knows. The Twins are as bad as we are so far
