Duke offers another 2017 wing- Jermaine Samuels

Duke has now offered 2017 Jermaine Samuels. The offer actually came two days ago while he was on his official visit to Villanova. People around him decided not to release it until after he was done with 'Nova visit so he could focus on his visit and not a phone that was going crazy because of the new offer.

Look for him to release a top five this afternoon. I'd also expect him to set up a Duke visit.
