I love it. These freshmen know how to do it at a higher level than in previous years, as good as those offensive players were.

Contrast this to where we were 2 years ago, when we were forced to play zone. I love it as well man, we’re going to be elite on that side.

Great defense can be contagious. A couple guys start playing it then another couple of guys start playing it and before you know it the whole team wants to play it. Great thread. OFC
Our upperclassmen and Tre set the tone on that end. Jack White was a true glue guy tonight. Of the freshmen, Cassius was really active as well.
Tre made Dotson irrelevant. Not easy to do. That was amazing.
I don’t disagree with what anyone has said and it sure as hell is exciting, but I’m going to pump the brakes a bit on how good our defense is. I’m not suggesting that it can’t be great but at this time 1 year ago I didn’t think there was a team in the country that could beat us. The intriguing part is that we played 9 guys and they all played their asses off on that end and if that continues we may have something pretty special!

I’ve screamed for years for better defense. I got it tonight and I will report I am pleased as punch. Awesome stuff
Jack White looked like last year's first semester Jack White who's always in the right place at the right time.
Moore is going to have to play BETTER or he will be on the bench alot. First game of the year, yeah I know. Freshman, yeah I know... but he didnt play good at all. Bad turnovers, just really freshman play... I think he will get to where we need him to be soon. Great win for this team.
