I don't waste time w/ MSNBC. They're embarrassing, as Fox News should be to y'all if you had any self-awareness.

We do need to move further to the Left, but on things like taxes and unions, rather than leading with the culture war. We're in the right there, too, but it doesn't sell. We've been using a "Justice delayed is justice denied" approach to support pushing legitimate needs for racial and social justice so aggressively, but we've forgotten the "long" part of "The moral arc of the Universe is long, but it bends toward Justice." I would add that Justice delayed is better than Justice set back, and by pushing so hard, we've shot ourselves in the foot.

I'm pleasantly surprised to hear you voted for some Dems. I haven't voted for a Republican in any race since 1992, though I really want a GOP candidate worth voting for. Did you vote for Mo Green for Superintendent of public schools or/and Josh Stein for Governor, or did you just leave either or both blank?
Haven’t voted for a Republican since 92.
Talk about a closed mind. Lol

This is in reference to the system. Our government has gotten way too big, there's too many people doing nothing productive, yet profiting big time off the backs of Americans. Money is spent like a drunken sailor. The proxy wars have to stop. Just another way for many powerful people to profit.
The Democrats have become delusional, but BOTH sides have abused their power for way too long. Greed and the need for Power by these leeches needs to come to an end.
We don't have honest media either because they receive huge donations from Big Pharma, Big Tech...

Don't be so obtuse Datt.
I agree, to some degree, with every item within that. While that may come as a surprise, it should come as no surprise at all that I would need you to be more specific.

I watched a debate on YouTube yesterday involving Jordan Peterson and a liberal pro debater named Steven Bonnell (aka, "Destiny"). One thing they seemed to agree on was that people on both sides of the political aisle distrusted something big. Conservatives tend to distrust big government. Liberals tend to distrust big corporations. There even seemed to be some agreement that the problem had to do with how big the thing was, and that there may be potential for middle ground there. IDK, but maybe.

Let’s hope so. If you care about them so much, how many of them have you taken in?
Oh yeah, I’m back after my several weeks off. It really pissed me off how WNC was handled by your beloved Democratic administration. Kamala lost because she was a poor candidate and her running mate was even worse. This being a non-covid year with no votes dumped in the middle of the night also hurt her.

And how many unwanted babies have you adopted? See how we can both say stupid things?

I hope you're on the way to recovery from Helene.

Gov Walz is awesome and a much better VP candidate than Harris was a Presidential candidate. If I had you look at one of their yard signs upside down, you'd say "Walz is awful and Harris is worst." It's the only sentence structure y'all know for that situation. And the next Democratic candidate will be even worse, and the one after that, etc. Y'all are so boring.

The 2020 election was legit with no widespread voter fraud. Our President at the time lost fair and square, just like he won fair and square in 2016 and -- unless some credible doubt emerges -- last night.

🚨 official game day thread game 1- Duke vs Maine 🚨

Wow, you guys have soured on Proctor I guess.

He is our best individual defender. He has shut down RJ Davis at least twice.

He is a decent shooter and one of our best ballhandlers. I really like Foster, but I'm not sure he's any better of a floor leader than Proctor.

I like James too. But he's perfect to come off the bench and I suspect he was brought in with exactly that in mind.

Do you just mean the outgoing administration who will peacefully and honorably move out on their own?

If you've learned anything, it should include that you and I see next to nothing the same way, so it shouldn't surprise you that I don't know what you mean when you are vague and ominous. Unlike you, I won't assume what the other means in that situation. That's why I asked the question. A somewhat antagonistic question, perhaps, but sincere, as well.

What a stupid defense for your stupid claim. You weren't there, either, and you don't care. You're manufacturing a strawman so you can criticize her.
Another example of you and your ilk being ignorant of basic etiquette and social norms. They came to see her, to support her. For her to leave without speaking to them is bush league. They probably got what they deserved, though, for falling for a media ginned up Pres candidate She’ll probably be too drunk to make a speech today also. Oh well always tomorrow

This is a weak response to a legitimate claim. It was clear she wasn't going to win by 11:30 last night. She could have told her supporters that she was calling it a night and given some stupid comment about about counting every vote. Then say thank you for your support. But instead, she kept them there until almost 1 o'clock and didn't even give them the courtesy of speaking to them. I don't have to care about it or them to call it for what it is. In fact, I think it's hilarious and anyone dumb enough to support her deserved her disrespect.

Anyways, moving on.
