I'm genuinely curious. What is your obsession with children reading sexually explicit books? I just can't understand how any sane adult would want children reading material like that.
Either he's as sick as those that allow these things to happen, or he just toes the company line like a good employee. I'd like to think his stance would change if the left ever got a brain and a heart.

It's a good thing you have that opinion of yourself. Because I suspect "man" isn't what would come to mind with people who would be asked to describe you that know you. Plaid shirts with skinny jeans, crossed legs and your arms crossed sipping your latte from the backside of your hand. That's the kind of man I vision if I were to guess.

Why is it that when you little boys can’t handle the man right in front of you you start projecting every behavior you’ve ever heard of onto that one person?

What do you think pearl clutching means? Anyways, not important. You are lying here to serve your own feelings.

The proud boys aren't a network promoting political ideologies. Terrible comparison.

I don't need to know the title of the book. How stupid are you on this? Was the book depicting two boys sucking each other off, or not? What would make that acceptable for school aged children, let alone the title of the book?
Dramatic and emotional come to mind. Go ahead and call me a liar some more for accurately describing you in an unflattering way that you don't want to accept about yourself.

I'm not a TV network, either. Terrible comparison. I think the Proud Boys and other white nationalists are a great comparison to you. They support the same candidates you do, after all.

I'll give you a hint: The book title doesn't reference sex acts, either.

What process would any of you recommend for removing a title from a school library? Is it about who can fingerbang their keyboard the hardest on teh intrawebz mEsSaGe BoArD? Or who can get the most hysterical while reading a saucy excerpt? Or should there be an actual policy designed to consider such matters free from emotion? And what is the appropriate timeframe for getting to the bottom of it all? Within minutes so that it will fit into a Fox News story that very evening?

I never used the word outrage*. That I was factually not saying what you accused me of saying doesn't make me a liar.

You support the same people the Proud Boys support. You and the Proud Boys are two peas in a pod. Wow, this is a fun game.

You didn't read the link, did you? And you still don't know what book your little 11-year-old hero activist was reading from, huh? I figured it out. It's not Gender Queer after all. While you and others here were getting outraged over a book you don't even know the title of and accusing me of being on the pedo spectrum for not getting all worked up about it, I was doing actual work to find out more about it. You know, research I'm qualified to do, not just emoting.

(*It doesn't count that I used it later in the same post.)

You're lying either way. I never came close to expressing outrage. Real or fake.

I didn't accuse you of supporting MSNBC. You support the same people who MSNBC supports. And those are the people I am talking about. You and Joe are two peas in a pod.

Keep white knighting for the people who put books in schools that depict boys giving boys blowjobs. You're just further exposing yourself as a sicko.

Do you see that little italicized word before the question mark in my original above? I repeated it, without italics, in the very next sentence.
Do you need me to explain how that single word modifies what you're claiming I said?

I don't support MSNBC. When have I ever cited them?

I don't know what book that is your little hero activist is reading from (and neither do any of you), but I suspect it's Gender Queer. Here's a little more info on it from a blogger who is analytical without y'all's over-emoting.
