A graduate of Elon University, Conor has worked for the Winston-Salem Journal, the Pine Bluff Commercial and the Burlington Times-News in the past. His writing has won awards from the Associated Press Sports Editors (APSE) and the North Carolina Scholastic Media Association (NCSMA).
