It's pretty hilarious to me that those morons can't seem to wrap their heads around Duke having an "easier path".... I don't have time to research all their losses (hahahahabahahabaha ) but I do know it's double digit (per usual) conpared to Duke having 4 losses, sweeping them (per usual) .....As Jay would say.... Obviously it would be, are you an idiot? Why wouldn't it. It's not like a 4 seed is close to a 2 or a 3 at all. And considering nothing less than a 3 seed has ever in the tournament made it to the NCAA title game, much less won one of them, it would be an event deserving of nothing less than God himself descending from his heavenly throne, pardoning all possible NCAA violations and personally having Jesus himself hand Roy the trophy.

They beat Harvard by a bucket and then an overrated SEC school. The fact that they are even fantasizing about a championship shows just how delusional (or desperate) they are. With that said, they could have an excruciating string of games or a relatively easy path (Wisc., Xavier, Wichita, UCLA).
Don't go 7 & 7 in your last 14 regular season games and get swept by your top rival and maybe you too can have an "easier" path. Of course , that would require actually EARNING something and , as the last 4+ years have shown , unx hasn't earned a damn thing they didn't get without cheating their azzes off. #carolinaway
I think they are the most delusional bunch going, but I don't really have a problem with what they are saying this time. Do I think it is likely, no not at all. But if you think about it they would likely have to get through Wisconsin, then Arizona, then Kentucky and hopefully still have Duke left in the championship. If that scenario played out and by some miracle they won all those games, that is a pretty ridiculous run. My parents always said that if you dream it you can achieve it so I'm not going to call them out for having dreams. Ill just snicker to myself that they are almost definitely going home after tomorrow night.

Yeah, it would be a remarkable run, that's for sure. But remember, they were a top five preseason team that played .500 down the stretch. Don't do that it wouldn't look as daunting.
Honestly, that thread is more about fans just being fans. I really think it could apply to any fanbase out there.
It really would be a remarkable run considering UNC's longest win streak of the year is 6 games... and they beat just one ranked team during that stretch. So to beat 4 straight top 5 teams would be a heck of an accomplishment. Arizona beat 3 #1 seeds in 97 with Kansas, UNC, and Kentucky. UNC will need A LOT of good fortune to pull of that feat.
If UNC-CH puts together that type of run, I think they would deserve a well-earned celebration.
