In what world is K second to Dean? Is there a single stat left that K is behind anyone except wooden in titles?? Also Dean wasn't about winning?? What the heck does that mean?! Dean had such an aversion to "winning" he was instrumental in the formation of the AFAM Studies program at unx. I've tried to figure why a ball coach would involve himself in academic issues ( and why the university would allow him to do so ) and only one explanation makes sense. "Winning."

BillyL has it all straightened out. The only reason we beat Wisconsin the first time was because Dekker hardly played due to an injured ankle and they didn't have Traevon Jackson for that one...LOL what a dips#it.

Did those idiots not watch the game, or at least check the box score. Dekker played 25 minutes and Traevon Jackson played 32 minutes and scored 25 points.

Anyone writing off this kid needs to look no further than 8 miles down the road to Derm and Grayson "baby rat" Allen to see what an under-the-radar freshman can accomplish next year. No, they don't play the same position, but I think Luke can bring some of that emotional leadership off the bench next season and provide a spark that's been missing. Add in his ability to mix it up under the boards and outhustle everyone and a summer in our S&C program, and he's being featured on One Shining Moment while we all celebrate in Texas. Who knows when his Shining Moment will come- maybe even in the title game a year from yesterday? Write this kid off at your own peril.

Half of his shots rolled around on the iron and fortunately dropped in. He also used his off arm every time he drove to the basket. If just a couple of those roll out and not in and he gets a foul or two called on him for using that off arm, then duke fans are saying, "Grayson sure was a disappointment this year". Granted, he was aggressive and that was big, but it's funny what a few fortuitous bounces will do to an entire fanbase.

I think people need to temper their excitement about Allen next year. I will be shocked if he even makes second team All-Acc next year."

Yeah it is. He's in the real estate business now ( I believe? ) and his employer was made aware of his comments. Long story short , he deleted 'em.

He's like Roy ( and Kenny Smith and others ) in that sense. He's a fan even more than he is an alum or coach or ex-player. If he never had any personal relationship with unx , he'd be a Wal-Marter just like the vast majority of that fanbase. You're right. It's very embarrassing. He sounds exactly like that dweeb on the "I Hate Laettner" documentary because underneath it all , that's who Bobby Frasor is. Another typical hole. #carolinaway

I saw that gem and thought it was HILARIOUS.

1.He had just a few lucky shots against a team in the national LOOOOOOOL. Right. He must have missed all those other times where Grayson had them rolled out, guess that's how his game "normally" plays out.

2. If he apparently misses 2 or 3 shots, we are apparently spending our whole offseason crying how much of a disappointment Grayson is? LOL Not even freaking likely.

3. I'm sure he is one of the many that think Justin Jackson is going to be All-ACC next year, while Grayson MIGHT sniff 3rd team. I'm curious if Justin had anything like Graysons 27 point game.... no I'm not actually, I KNOW he didn't.

I'm probably not going to go over there again anytime soon. Just took a peak to see if we had any basketball conversation going on and most of it is we hate duke they are POS and stuff that we wouldn't say about them lol. I think they are worse then UK as far as a board. They did have a jewel saying the players they wish they woulda got that they recruited and the list can be summed up with- a lot of guys we got that were UNC locks that they stopped recruiting because then we wouldn't have won to tiles in 91,92,01 they say because K wouldn't of tried to replace Jason Williams and Bobby Hurley lol and one guy said Quinn because he woulda been the spot up shooter they need, probably kept us from winning the championship, AND he's game woulda been much different at UNC hahaha! The rest of the list is pretty much a list of All time greats who wanted to come there but was "forced" to the NBA or the dirty admissions office wouldn't admit them lol. What a bunch of high and mightys lord
