Well I voted for...Wendell Moore. Explanation: Check the stat line.
Gave it to wendell.. easy pick.. but how about a lil love for Scheyer.. first game coaching and he made some good adjustments in the 2nd half I thought
Preseason I really thought Moore, Hurt and JJ would be our big 3. Great to see him break out today.
Wendell most definitely. Was awesome to see him get going again. Hopefully he continues!
The weight of the world has to feel like it is off Moore's shoulders. Hopefully this is the jumping-off point of things to come.
I think his reaction when the first couple went thru the hoop said it all. Mark it down, he's a man on a mission from here on out, and man alive to we need him! Let's go Wendell!
He made the first one on a banked in 3 from the top of the key, i just laughed and said, sometimes that’s how it’s gotta go to get going. Glad he was able to have a great game.
Fair enough, so let's call it the second and third makes which looked a lot more...... orthodox?
Wendell although I thought that the halftime speech and in game adjustments that Coach Scheyer made was pretty special as well. That full court trap out of half really stole the momentum for us and let Wendell shine.
With a team that is offensively challenged in the half court set, getting some quick opportunities before the defense sets up is really helpful.
Didn't Capel use some zone when he coached? Sometimes fresh ideas are a good thing.
