You think he’s better than Brown ? I can’t agree. One thing big Pat needs to work on is his fundamentals when it comes to rebounding. There were more than a couple times he was lucky with bringing his elbow up and racking through that a flagrant wasn’t called . Now scoring I can agree but I don’t think we’ve seen Browns complete game either .

Hafta say I agree with Chris. He's a big athlete that can crash the boards, block shots and has fouls to give. I wouldn't take anything away from his year at OSU because no one on that team improved throughout the year. In fact, they all regressed individually and played selfish ball.
But brown isn’t in the portal again . You’re talking about someone who literally could have stayed but chose the money . Duke isn’t going to give him what he’s asking for . I’d have powers back in that case atleast he can stretch the floor to open up lanes and be a secondary shooter so Evans won’t get hounded.
I am just spitballing here. There is a slim chance of this happening. Stewart would have to eat some crow and take a lesser role. But he has 2 years left and a lot of upside and a year in our system.. I just hate hearing things are impossible. People leave jobs and return. (I did) If Hurt comes back as a 6th man we hang a banner and he gets drafted. But he "had to go", and is now in a Motel 6 in the G League or wherever he is.

My goodness, he was such an amazing get for us! Considering he had already played 4 years at Tulane, I'd say -- rather than it sucks we only got one year from him -- how awesome it is we got any years out of him.
