I'm pulling for the horse named "Wildcat." I hear his odds of winning are 38-1.

Aww, I'm sorry, this must be the first time anyone's ever taken shots at Kentucky. It's probably happening because everyone's sick of hearing about them all year when we all knew they benefitted from being in a weak-ass conference.
Oh yeah, and how you gonna come to a Duke board and talk about people taking shots at your team? Everyone's been hating us since the 90s, that's old news. Trust me, we've had people take more shots at us than your UK team.
And finally, who said anything about 1 and done's on this thread? Since the 2010 championship, Coach K has consistently got a single OAD (with the exception of one season): Kyrie Irving, Austin Rivers, Jabari Parker, and Jahlil Okafor. So what do you mean "now that your coach is getting them"?
By the way, did you happen to catch the Laettner special on ESPN? I saw your team on there.
Every message board I visit from Duke to UNC to Kansas to Indiana has atleast 1 thread taking shots at The Kentucky Wildcats. They must be doing something right because people don't waste time hating irrelevancy. This board is extremely hypocritical. It is a fact the majority of people on this board spent 2010-2013 criticizing with venom the 1 and done's at Kentucky. Now that your coach is getting them, it's the greatest thing ever! Nothing wrong with that at all! Give me a break.
Have you met your fan base? KY fans brought the "shots" on themselves. It's hardly because KY fans are doing something right. It's because KY fans were so obnoxious during the year, but the team came up short and their prospects for next year aren't looking that great.
And, K has been recruiting the best players for 35 years. He didn't adopt Calipari's one-and-done style; the players started leaving earlier than they use to. The days of guys like Grant Hill, Shane Battier, Jay Williams, Mike Dunleavy, et al. staying 3-4 years are gone. Furthermore, K doesn't sell Duke as a one-stop-shop to the NBA. You'll never hear K say stuff that pushes kids out the door before their freshman season starts, like Cal does. K sells academics first, making them a man, family culture, tradition of excellence, and playing in the toughest conference in college basketball and on the biggest stages (NY, Chicago, etc.).
What is funny is how KY fans use to rip K because he always schedules OOC neutral court games during the season because he says it simulates the NCAAT atmosphere. KY (and other team's fans) ripped him for years saying he was scared to play on the road. Then, Calipari announces the exact same strategy and all of a sudden it's the best idea since sliced bread. [This is where I would put in the rolling laughing emojis that Yahoo! took away]
