Those two FT's AJ hit at the end of the tech game in the sweet 16 are as clutch as it gets.
Free throws are exactly that... Free points. The Houston Nova game was pretty even. The main difference was Nova made theirs and Houston didn't. Think during the game the announcers said that Houston shoot 67% as a team so it was bound to catch up to them. The same could be said for ND who missed at the end of their game against Texas Tech. So happy for the guys to have slowly put it all together and let's hope it continues next weekend
Mark improving from last year up to 75% has been huge for us.
Watching the highlights it is striking how good our guys have become at the 15 foot pull up jumper, guys like Moore, AJ, and Banchero. And what's up with "ball on a string" dribbling Roach. He's like a different player than he was a few months ago. You could hear the crowd gasp when he made that change of direction layup in the first half.
